A: Sorry if this sounds obvious, but are you sure it is fully charged? When charging it has a red light which turns green when fully charged. It takes about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to charge.

Poor quality. The light flickers as soon as it’s turned on. The on/off button isn’t secure and feels like it might fall off. It’s also not sturdy enough to hold the position you set it in

Adorable but very cheap. I used it to read to my kids, would charge nightly and after two months it stopped working. The button mechanism would stay down that keeps the light on. Poor product. Very disappointed because it is very cute. Shouldn’t be surprised with how badly H&H products have taken a nose dive in quality.

Stopped working after a couple of weeks. The battery would drain fast and at some point it just stopped charging. The light wasn’t bright enough and would dim as battery was running low. It’s a really cute sturdy lamp but I wish it was made to last.

It worked really well the first evening, and then as it get dimmer and eventually went out, the charger wouldn’t work! The light has never came back on. Maybe I need to replace the light bulb, but I only used it a couple days. Disappointing as a Magnolia fan.

As cute as this is, it holds a charge for only 3 hours tops so where and when it would work into a decor scheme is a mystery. The charging slot is on the top so you can’t keep it plugged in without the cord dangling. Would have been much better if battery charged,

This is a nice little lamp but I wish the light was a lot brighter and it's quite small. The overall design with the clip and adjustable neck is very handy. Advice to the product designers, something similar that's double the size of this and 3x as bright would be a winner.

I loved this little book light and have been using it for about a month. Last night the bottom stopped working. Something seemed to snap inside, and the light will not turn on. I really wish it would have lasted longer than the month I had it.

These are so cute, I purchased two. One works just fine, but the 2nd one will not hold a charge for more than 5-10 min. Really upsetting bc they are adorable. I feel like the Hearth & Hand quality has really gone downhill in the past year. As a long time Magnolia fan, this is very upsetting. .

The little lamp is the cutest thing I’ve ever bought but once it’s dead, it’s dead. I have tried multiple outlets and charging cords and I can’t get it charge and it makes me so sad. So now I just have it clipped to my desk for decorations

Charge doesn’t last very long at all but bigger issue is isn’t bright enough. I clipped it to my headboard for night time reading and it was too dim, but you can’t clip it to the book itself because it’s unbalanced and heavy and falls over. Pretty much pointless.

The lamp doesn’t provide enough light and dies quickly. I bought it to clip on my needlepoint stretcher bars for lights to see my stitches but it doesn’t provide enough light at all. It also dims after about ten or fifteen minutes
