Q: How do I get rid of the sports needle after I put it on it seem to get out when I pull or tug on it
A: I also could not remove it. Tried with the lever up and with the lever down. Tried using a pair of pliers to remove it and ended up drilling it out. I've never had a problem with needles before
submitted byBond_JamesBond - 5 years agoA: Hi Tyler - If the sports needle isn't coming out of your pump, you can try using pliers to pull that out. If you're still unable to remove the needle you can try 3 short pumps followed by one long pump to loosen the needle from the pump head. Thanks, Jen

Q: The presta side of the pump head will not seal around the valve. The lever is in the ‘ready to use’ green position. But the mechanism does not grip the valve. The Schrader valve works well.
A: Hi Chris- Thank you for the information. It sounds like your tire valve matches the Schrader valve. Thanks

Q: I can't get the Presta side of the pump to work. When I put it on the tire the air leaks out and doesn't fill the tire up. Is there a way to connect the pump the the Presta tire to get it to work?
A: Hi Shannon- Are you sure you have it attached correctly with the lever up and green window showing?
