Schwinn IC3 Indoor Cycling Exercise Bike - Black

I am a spin instructor.

Use an hour a day, I would use it much longer but seat is Very uncomfortable.

My kids are at that age where they're too young to be left alone, yet old enough to be able to manage for themselves while I get things done around the house. My husband leaves for work early in the morning (out the door by 6am most days). I was looking for a way to expand my work out regime without having to join a gym or it being to expensive. It was important to me that I not be tied to any one app. My only complaint is that I've had to recalibrate the bike already. I've only had it for a few weeks.

I'm new to spinning/cycling, so of course researched the bikes available before purchasing. This one was highly ratings and for a good reason. It is so well built. I was honestly surprised by how study and solid it is. It's extremely quiet and performs seamlessly. The only criticism I have is that the bottle holders, because of their position below the handlebars, require short bottles to avoid the bottle hitting your knees while in a standing position. #sweepstakes

Disappointing Quality for the Price I was initially excited about purchasing a Schwinn bike, but my experience so far has been deeply disappointing. While the bike was easy to assemble, it definitely requires two people. My husband and I managed to complete the assembly in about 1 hour and 30 minutes. However, as soon as we finished and started testing the bike, issues arose. The moment I began pedaling, we noticed a strange sound coming from the front wheel. Upon closer inspection (with my husband holding the bike while I pedaled), we discovered that the front wheel was scraping against a loose screw. The screw was somehow attached to the magnet that connects or stabilizes the wheel. It was extremely difficult to remove and took 30 minutes of struggling before we could fix it. Once resolved, we had to reassemble several parts again. Now, after only 10 days of use, another issue has emerged: the pedals have started making noise. I'm not a mechanic, and at this point, it feels like the bike is going to fall apart piece by piece. For a product at this price point, I expected far better quality control. How can a premium brand like Schwinn overlook such fundamental issues? A loose screw scraping the wheel could have been dangerous if we hadn't caught it, and the persistent problems with the pedals make me question the durability of the entire bike. As a long-time supporter of Schwinn, this experience has left me disenchanted. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves their quality assurance processes moving forward. This level of oversight is simply unacceptable for a product in this price range.

It's very good for a cardio workout

I love the bike and use it at least 3x week.

Great product

It is great. Use it about every other day for cardio training. Make sure to have a bottle of silicone based DW-40 on hand to keep the bike from screeching.

I am a physical education teacher in Northern California. We purchased three new Schwinn IC3 Indoor Cycling Bikes for our Weightroom. A great purchase! The students love them. They are sturdy, easy to use, and provide for a great, low impact aerobic workout.

I ride 3 to 5 times per week for an hour each time. This bike is super quiet and easy to customise the resistance level. I love the pedals that allow for clipping in with cycling shoes to maximise energy transfer. I recommend the bigger seat - it's a lot more comfortable. I use my Apple Watch to track my heart rate. I had a NordicTrak before this bike - it was noisy and had too many electronic controls, cable, etc - so I had problems with it. This bike is no-nonsense - just what I needed!

The Schwinn name is of a high quality sense. I've known this brand for many years and has never disappointed me.

The handle bard are too far from me

This is a great exercise bike. It was easy to set up. I found the seat delivered with it to be a little uncomfortable, so I ordered another one and switched it out. I set it up in our bedroom, which makes it easy to hop on it often.

I use this equipment daily as a component of my daily exercise routine.

I had my right knee replaced and needed a way to stretch and strengthen my leg.
