Q: What kind of battery does this take? How do you replace it? Or are you just supposed to throw it away when the battery runs down?

Easy to apply to bike; lights are bright and I especially like the option to choose between blinking or solid lights. One star removed because the rubber casing is VERY challenging to remove in order to access the batter compartnment; I was actually worried that I would rip the rubber casing trying to remove it the first time. The only other downside I could forsee is that, with extended use, the rubber may stretch and become too loose to properly fit around thinner handlebars or seat poles. I've already noticed my handlebar light slipping and sliding a bit. However, at this point, the slippage isn't major nor a big deal.

This is a great light set for when you need a little extra visibility when riding at dusk. The streets around me are fairly well lit, so I'm not sure if it would be enough in darker areas but it gets the job done for me. The lights are easy to set up on the bike and have both steady and flashing modes. They take 3AAA batteries each and the package says 18.5 hours for the headlight and 20 hours for the taillight but I haven't used enough hours to prove or disprove that yet. The field of vision is pretty good, so it helps to not only give visibility to other vehicles but also provides decent visibility for the rider as well. Overall, these are great to have and easy to use for when you need more visibility on the bike!

This is an awesome light and you get TWO! It Was a little awkward to get the batteries in but once I got them in it was good to go! The light is very bright and does a good job! I like the design of how you attach it to things. It’s basically a rubber piece that stretches around and connects with three different size options. It offers a solid light and a blinking light for more options. Great light!

These are a great deal for casual bike riders. Super easy to put on your bike and they stay in place quite well. These lights are bright and effective in letting traffic know you're in the vicinity. The clip to attach the lights is very secure. I've used these on my jogging strollers, bikes, and scooters. This is a definitely worthy purchase.
