I use this tape all the time. Works great. But at Christmas when I'm wrapping boxes to ship, I'd like to decorate them--make them less ugly! Why can't you bring out decorative tape? Holiday themed.

I bought this item to secure a box for shipping. The tape separated into strands as I was attempting to tape box, difficult time cutting it with attached cutter (had to use scissors several times). finally, just discarded this item for good old fashioned scotch tape. waste of $$!!

I used some other brands a few times, and had my package contents crushed or broken...with this tape, it holds the box securely. its a very faithfull , never fail tape!!

I have noticed that sometimes packages are roughly handled when mailed and I want to make certaiin that my package never pops open or rips. I know I can rely on Scotch shipping strapping tape to keep that from happening!

I was asked to go over and box up a lot of papers that was important to the office. I used scotch strapping tape to secure the boxes and to my suprise the tape was a lot stronger then I thought it was.

As a aunt who likes to send care packages to the family out of state, I like to know that they will get there safely and sealed. With 3M strapping tape we have never had a problem. I have to admit the company I work for uses packing tape purchase obiviously with another brand and not the top quality that 3M has and so we have a lot of waste. As a consumer you can bet I will never settle for anything less them 3M. Thanks for making my suprise packages safe and gladly received.

It's perfect for those jobs that are more than just Christmas present wrapping. The next step up in the Scotch line is a heavy duty metal handle that you use replaceable +/-2" tape rolls on. This is built strong enough for all-day industrial use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For as much as I pack up boxes, Scotch(R) Strapping Tape works wonders for me. It seals well, means I have to use less tape per box. Easy to dispense. I never have to worry abt breakage of the tape. Other brands break off or worse yet they split when taping. Scotch Brands are always quality tapes. And I know they will always get the job done, and best yet, the box will stay sealed till I open it. Movers are not so gentle with the boxes at times. The box may end up damaged but the the tape remains firmly sealed. And I LIKE THAT!

I use Scotch strapping tape because it holds well, doesn't split, and is easy to get off the roll. Cheap tapes don't measure up. My boxes built and sealed with Scotch always make it through.

I wouldn't be without Scotch Strapping Tape and look for it diligently when I'm running out! It contains the heavy boxes and secures the small ones easily! I'm a no worries mailer with Scotch Strapping Tape! Nothing better! :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tops in its league. In a quick move a while ago, ran out of boxing tape (Scotch), friend ran to store down the road and got a no-name brand. It was the most awkward, non-sticky, smelly stuff to use. It kept on breaking and smelled like a dirty locker room. In the long run, spend the time and money to get Scotch Strapping Tape for mailing or boxing. You can be assured it will stick and will be easy to use compared to the other brands. It does the intended job...I am slowly learning that you get what you pay for!!

I teach elementary students and it is almost impossible for third graders to leave their name tags attached to their desktops. With Scotch Strapping Tape adhesive, it is nearly impossible For them to pick the nametag off. I love that feature! Since I had to move rooms this year, I also found numerous ways to use this fantastic product. First, I used it to tape my packing boxes together and to seal them when packed. Next, I used it to pick up the numerous thumbtacks which were spilled on the carpeting during packing. I also use it to hang student work in the hallway, and to repair damaged folders for the children. It is outstanding and doesn't leave a film behind!
