This will be 1000 times better, more drinkable, more light and refreshing. A few people have been skeptical and asked what type of protein it is, only to be delighted that it’s the kind they were hoping to hear. such a delight! if you can drink water, you can drink this.

SEEQ is an excellent alternative. It drinks like a glass of juice, doesn't have the unpleasant chalky feel, and doesn't give me indigestion. It's a top notch product and has completely replaced my usual post- workout protein drink.

I think best done w a hand held mixer to get it blended really well and over ice so it's super cold! No weird aftertaste, no weird consistency. Will definitely keep buying!
