We trusted you. Contains C12-14 alcohols ethoxylated propoxylated (plant-modified synthetic cleaning agent). Ethoxylates are known to break down the gut epithelial barrier, kill good gut biome and cause leaky gut along with a barrage of other complications that come with that. WebMD has information on this and all of the respected, peer-reviewed medical universities have published papers on the subject. Why do this, and when are you going to remove it?

I mistakenly bought this instead of the Free & Clear, and didn't think it'd be a problem - but it definitely was. My dishes, glasses and stainless steel pots and pans, picked up an awful smell that wouldn't just wash away. If I tried to drink water from a glass, it smelled bad. If I used a spoon, it smelled bad. Kind of like a jar of vitamin C smells - a smell I find unpleasant and don't want all over my dishes. After rewashing by hand with soap, vinegar and baking soda, none of which worked, I discovered that if I soaked the dishes, glasses and pots in half vinegar/water for a day and then used a different dishwasher soap to wash them, the odor went away. After a couple weeks, I've gotten my dishes back to not having an odor, although the interior of my dishwasher still has a slight smell. I'm distrustful that a product could be made to retain it's smell on my dishes and worried about what other ingredients in the product are being retained on my dishes and am stopping using Seventh Generation soaps.

I've been using this product for a month or so and I'm very pleased with the results. Silverware, dishes cups. Everything comes out sparkling clean. The coffee pot comes out without any stains. We don't have a lot of hard to clean or very dirty dishes, but what we do put in comes out perfectly clean and no residue and no leftover gunk. And the machine is clean with no scum or residue either. I also like that there's no strong scent during the cleaning process or after when you open up the machine. I will purchase again.

I didn’t realize a noticeable scent when using. Maybe the lack of the gel makes this product better for the environment, however that is not necessary when shopping.

The inside packaging is all plastic so promoting the cardboard outer packaging is rediculous, also the pod didn't dissolve and jammed my dishwasher so basically useless

Bought these because I needed more dishwashing pods and my preferred brand was not a part of the $10 gift card sale. I am not satisfied on how these are cleaning (not cleaning) my dishes. I just ran the same dishes twice and the second time, and the dishes are no cleaner. Will not buy again.
