Q: I’m unable to recycle these container I love the detergent. Will the company consider putting the detergent in clear plastic that can be recycled?

We are always striving to lessen the use of plastic in our packaging and our EasyDose ultra concentrated laundry detergent is an example of that ethos, using 60% less plastic than the standard laundry detergent bottle with a similar amount of loads. Made a purchase in the app to pick up from store. Obviously looked like some detergent had leaked from the bottle. How much, I don’t know. Once again was taken advantage of. You should not sell these things to customers. Who has time to return.

I thought this smelled good in the store so was excited to use it. Unlike others, I really didn’t find any issue with the cap. Yes it’s different, but I’ve experienced no mess. However, the smell of the detergent is completely gone after washing and it does not get oil or grease out at all. The worst part is that it made my HE washer stink and I used the recommended amount.

I love this brand, I only use them BUT this new design absolutely sucks, the cap is the big issue, it’s so messy, goes everywhere!! Please change the cap!!

The detergent works great, and it is my go-to, even if the scent is a bit less pleasing than the previous lemon scent. However, the new cap design is terribly messy. Please go back to a regular laundry cap.
