So far so good. We like the way it works especially when cooking bacon.

I bought this over the weekend and it definitely isn’t working correctly. It keeps telling me my air is 100% and that’s with cooking,it doesn’t change. I’m going to return it

It in my open floor plan and works great when I am cooking and when the furnace kicks on.

I haven't even been using this a month, but I see when it is working. I was mostly interested in it's ability to remove dust particles from the air. Time will tell but it appears to be doing a good job. It's also very quiet, contrary to what a friend told me about another brand that she owned. Shark products have always been good quality since I've used them the past 20 years.

I bought the Shark NeverChange Air Purifier MAX white and I have to say I am very disappointed in this product for it does not do as stated. Does not get rid of cooking odors nor does it keep dust down. I have bought shark products for years and they were always great products, but now I have to wonder if all their products now are not as good as they once were. TRULY DISAPPOINTED!

Been using 2 weeks and can honestly say that we notice a big difference.

I have 3 cats and I am a smoker. The air quality in my apartment was horrible before getting my Shark air purifier. Within two days I noticed a HUGE difference! I’m absolutely in love with mine and Will be buying another one soon!

One side of the purifier puts out fantastic air other side doesn’t put out hardly any. Also malfunctions quite a lot I have the large one and a small one and they both do the same, which I can’t understand. It’s just me in the house and it’s just frustrating. My friend told me to get the air doctor and I should’ve listened. She doesn’t have any problems with hers however, replacing her filters are a little expensive . But hindsight, it might’ve been worth it due to the frustration I have with both of these I have one on YouTube to help. Try to figure out what to do with these and I have to vacuum The filters clean inside and that still doesn’t work 90% of the time

Work great while they work. The "5 year never change" filters have to be cleaned and now after less than 6 months need to be replaced. I purchased 2 of these at the same time, and both of the filters are falling apart due to repeated (bi weekly) cleaning. Without being cleaning, the purifier says the room is 99% dirty and runs at full blast 24/7

We have had this beast for about a month now and the air in our place not only smells fresh it feels fresh and very clean. We are smokers and have a 140 lbs dog and a cat. This little machine works.

Have been using it for a couple of weeks. So far it has been cleaning up the air.

I am enjoying the air purifier for several reasons; very quiet whe. It is on, shuts off automatically, no as much dust or odors, totally happy.

I am a big fan of Shark products and they stand for their support more than anyone

We LOVE it! We put this in our dining, living & kitchen area and selected the Auto function-this means it only runs when it senses fumes in the air. It turns on and runs until the fumes are eliminated! Last week, we made brussel sprouts and there was NO SMELL! Our original Hepa filftered cleaner ALWAYS left food smells.

I haven’t had this filter long enough to know whether it works better than the previous model. Maybe I can come back and change the stars once the filter has been in operation for a while in my home. I am not happy it only comes in white.
