The 3 heat stages and the 3 massaging vibrations for the 9 different relaxing combinations is perfect. It is adjustable to make sure you get a perfect and comfortable fit. My husband has taken this shoulder wrap with us on vacation for his shoulder. Very easy to pack away in our suitcase. I would definitely recommend this shoulder wrap to a friend or family member. The quality or great and a perfect price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the instructions do not show how to put all the separate parts together, but I eventually figured it out. I also feel that the wrap is made for someone with bigger shoulders and arms. I am a small woman and I can't get it to hug my shoulder enough. There are 3 settings each for heat and vibration. I have it on the highest heat setting , but the heat doesn't penetrate well through the pad. The "massage" setting really isn't a massage, it is a vibration. The middle and highest settings are ok but really doesn't do much. The vibration is extremely loud and annoying. If you wanted to put this on when you go to sleep, you would never be able to fall asleep, way too loud. The controller (not remote) is on the pad at the top of the shoulder with colors for different heat and vibration settings. Unfortunately, if you have trouble turning your head, it is almost impossible to see the settings, it is too high on the shoulder. It is nice having a remote, but the remote does not indicate which level of each setting it is on. The power chord is fairly long which is a good feature. Finally, the instructions say that it has a 2 hour auto shutoff. On my first use, it shut off automatically after 10 minutes. Honestly, this is not a product that I would be buying again.

The straps are not connected to the pad so you may have a little difficulty getting everything looped through and snug. Overall it works great but I wish it were a little easier to use.

This adjustable heating pad fits either shoulder, and is easy to adjust depending on size of person/shoulder/upper arm. The instructions are very easy to follow on how to attach straps and put on. It was wonderful to use, as it stayed in place (unlike a flat heating pad). I only wanted it for the heat, and my partner liked it for both the heat and massage. So happy we have it, no more having to hold onto a heating pad to keep it in place.

The straps are comfortable, soft, well-padded so you wont feel discomfort. It heats up pretty quickly as well which is good you dont have to wait long. The remote control setting options is a nice addition. The thing with this is though that it mostly vibrates doesnt really "massage" in my opinion. But other than that its usefull and nice. Will definitely bring some comfort and relief

Has adjustable straps, 3 heat settings and 3 massage intensities. It is also weighted using clay beads. the weight alone is relaxing in its own way! The heat and vibrations auto shut off. This can also be used with a power bank so you arent stuck sitting down next to an outlet somewhere. Overall, this is a great gadget to have for your home.

There is a remote so you can change the settings while in use. The Velcro straps are easy to adjust. I feel it would work for any size adult. The fabric is also soft.

It has three heat settings and three vibration settings. I wouldn't call it a massager but it does feel good. It has a remote control and a snug pocket for it to fit into on the wrap which is convenient. I love the heat setting and it's so much easier to use rather than a heating pad. The only con I have is the vibration is noisy enough I have to turn up the tv but NOT loud. When my nephew is here, I have to share it:) All in all, I love this wrap!

The shoulder wrap is easy to apply and to use the heat and massage settings. After using the product for about fifteen minutes my shoulder felt much better. There are three heat settings and three massage settings to use in any combination. I will continue to use this product and highly recommend it to others.
