I received this as a gift and I plugged it in to charge it. I needed to use one of my wallplugs to charge it because it didn't come with a proper charger. I left it plugged in for an entire day and it doesn't work. It only has 2 buttons on it so how hard can it be to figure out. Thankfully I have a gift receipt I can return it with.

My Sis got this for me for Christmas. Not what I asked for at all but have been pleastly surprised. Form light dust to small ripped pieces of bathroom tissue or even small amounts of puppy hair on the floor, this little vacuum has done it all.

The first time I used it, it worked pretty well. I wasn't expecting really strong suction, and I liked the way it went together and stored in its little holder. But the second time I went to use it, it wouldn't turn on and the light turned red. Tried a couple of days later, same thing. I returned it as defective.

The suction is absolutely horrible. I can't even clean up crumbs on the couch and bed. The brush attachment is pretty useless too. I wish I had bought something else, but the reviews were great at the time. The compact design was alluring, but it is as weak as it is small

Very disappointed to buy this even having gotten it at the sale price. The suction is no where near as good as I expected it to be. I wanted to use this as an easy way to vacuum my car, but it can't really do a good job at vacuuming it. The vacuum isn't strong enough to pick up small rocks. How can it be a car vacuum?

Isn't strong enough. I was cleaning crumbs under couch seats and it took forever to clean. It also runs out of battery quick; I used it once for a little bit then second time used it a little longer for my couch and with the higher mode and it died quick. Lastly, the handle isn't comfortable it was hurting my hand holding it for a little while.

Do NOT Buy. I bought this in August & it stopped working right around the end of the return window. Doesn’t charge or just blinks red now when I try to turn it on. Target wouldn’t take it back. Contacted sharper image & they will not help. Have to contact 3rd party for possible 1 year warranty. Have not heard back from them. This product is obviously junk, should be taken off the market. Just look through all the reviews on people who bought around the same time as I. Waste of money, & I’ll never buy another sharper image product.
