Spot cleaners can be used on some mattresses, but there are considerations because the mattress can absorb water which will lead to mold or mildew if not properly dried. Q: How do you empty out the water+solution tank fully and easily? The curved angled tank design seems to be such that 5-10% water remains trapped and become mold/mildew hazard.

A: Hello, some steps to take are to fill the tank with clean water and rinse thoroughly by swirling the water around to rinse out any remaining solution and debris. Carefully pour out the water, attempting to remove as much as possible. Leave the cap off the tank and allow it to air dry completely. This helps to ensure any remaining moisture evaporates, reducing the risk of mold or mildew. Please consult the user manual for more detailed cleaning instructions and tips. Thank you

This machine is THE WORST! It’s not easy getting the clean water tank on/off the machine & the way the interior is angled it’s impossible to get all the water out of it to dry. The water comes out of the hose in a stream, not a spray so it soaks whatever you’re spraying. The vacuum/suction did not work at all. The dirty water tank was completely dry, not even a drop of water inside. Awful machine. Don’t waste your money or your time on this!

Doesn't deep clean. You'll find that must of the 5 star reviews are paid influencers. The spray function simply gets the surface wet (barely) and doesn't have the capability to deep clean surfaces. Also the suction is somewhat weak.

The suction on this is terrible! After spraying the couch there wasn’t enough suction to pick the water back up! The dirty tank was dry as a bone. Horrible!

The sprayer doesn’t work because the cleaning solution just pours out that is when you can finally get the tank in place and then it’s impossible to get any remaining water out of the tank so it can be dried out for storage This cleaner shouldn’t be this difficult to use

Wow the disappointment I felt when I tried to use this. All it did was get the stain wet. Suction isn't strong enough to lift all the liquid out, it doesn't have a steam option to help lift the stain, and it says not to use hot water on this machine. Not worth $100.

Just when I thought that maybe I got it right this time...I was wrong. I started shampooing my steps and things were going fine. About halfway up, I noticed that the water was not spraying out as before. I took the top off, looked inside the hose, etc..., but still nothing helped. What a waste. Do not purchase!!!!

Great suction, lightweight, and holds a good capacity of both clean and dirty water. Somewhat noisy, but nothing more than the others I have tried.

The solution it comes with is great for lifting any stains and the vacuum power was strong and really got it clean. It isn’t too loud to use in a shared place like an apartment. We are in a duplex and asked our neighbor if they could hear it. They couldn’t!

This helped cleaning up after her be so much easier! It’s light weight and the compartments are easy to remove. It’s a lot quieter than other products I have for cleaning and it didn’t leak like some others I’ve had has done. I highly recommend!
This is my new favorite device ! I have another one similar from a different brand that has green and I don’t think I’ll be using it anymore

I like that it comes with two attachments and an attachment holder. I had a similar product whose spray would just shoot straight and get all over my hands, it was messy I did not enjoy using that product. But the sharper imagine stain cleaner has a spray that is vast and a good suction ! Within two to three swipes the area was cleaned up. Such a good suction the stain cleaner kept bringing out other layers of stain. I spent a good half hour cleaning a section of my dirty couch. We have dogs, kids, and guest that sleep on our couch and this took of multiple layers of filth that I did not know was there. Lastly I really enjoyed that it was not too loud. I did not feel as if I had a roaring lion in my ear. That could also be due to the cord being so long. With another product I was using I had to wait until my baby was awake with the sharper imagine stain cleaner, I could use it during nap time. My one complain is for the cleaning solution, the cap should have measurement lines on the inside. I had to use one of my kids medicine cups since 1 oz was required.

Got this because it was on sale and needed one at the time, very few review so was a little weary of it but I’m pleasantly surprised , Build quality: 9/10 a study plastic Ease of use : 10/10 a baby could do it Stain removal: I had a small stain that’s presumably Chic-Fil-A ranch on my cars passenger seat which is a sport seat fabric and it got it out entirely Clean up: 10/10 quick and simple Overall I would highly recommend this

Not very loud at all like some carpet cleaners which is nice. Battery lasted long enough to clean 2 couches, 2 recliners, and a love seat.
