Sharper Image Lumbar Back Massager Electric Acupressure Mat

I bought this for my back and can not feel anything. But on my feet, it feels soo good! Since I wanted something for my back, I will be returning but if you like your feet massaged with warmth I would recommend. I will also say it is really small. I wear a size 8 in comparison

The little nodes on the massaging pads helps to get the feeling of a real massage and works out the discomfort and pain and the heat does a wonderful job at relaxing the hurt while it's being gently works out. Love my new massager, I highly recommend this

The massaging "fingers" inside feel hard but are quite comfortable once application starts as long as they are lined up with muscle areas and not any bony areas. The added heat feature increases the comfort and helps my muscles relax. The strap does a nice job holding the unit in place on the back of a chair and can be moved to different heights. I have found that just 10 minutes is enough for me to get moving again.

However, they work great on the tired feet. I like the fact that there’s an option for heating, and I appreciate the auto shut off.

It also massages which is great for us who can’t afford a massuege. I like that this isn’t so bulky so can be used for achy legs or other body parts be it for heat or massage alone.

When it’s on my back I almost don’t even feel it but it feels great on my feet. Especially after a long day at work I like to come home and take off my shoes and let this thing work its magic on my feet. Great for the week not so much the back though.

My lower back has been really tight and painful lately and just a hearing pad hasn’t been cutting it. I really like that it has both a heated and massaging option. It can also be used vertically and horizontally depending on what area you need targeted. The massaging parts are quite hard when leaning against it so it does have a slight learning curve as far as placement goes. The timer last for 20 mins and is very easy to restart if you need more time. I personally used this on my couch but it also has a strap to attach it to a chair. I have also used this to massage my sore feet after a long day of walking so it can be used to target multiple sore areas!

The heat option works well and has a separate button so I use it without heat after a few mins. The pressure is strong enough to feel through a sweater and jacket and is not painful at all. The pressure points rise and fall in a specific order so it feels like a massage, but arent rotating like a kneading massager does.

It easily straps around his work chair and he can adjust it up and down the length of the back to where he wants it. When you first turn it on it automatically turns the heat on so you don’t forget it. Our only gripe is we wish the little nubs on the massager were larger so they could do a better deep massage. Besides that my fiance has been so happy to have this during his day to day work life.
