A: Most liquid hand soaps are compatible with our liquid sensor soap pumps. Our liquid sensor soap pumps also work with gel hand sanitizers. Please do not use any soaps with exfoliants or moisturizing beads as this will clog the pump. It has a nice feature of dispensing soap by amount depending on the distance from the sensor. 1 star off for putting that indicator on a sticker that one would remove for looks instead of putting the symbols nicely engraved on the unit. If using in a guest bathroom, the guest probably would not understand how to dispense different amounts without the sticker still in place.

Simple Human is a great, quality brand. I have been using a Simple Human hand dispenser for years and will continue to do so. Also, I love my Simple Human trash can - foot peddle to open and easily refilled with with bags that get tied when full and deposited in my trash container.

Not all the time, sometime it releases soap very little even with sample provided with purchase. And no matter of distance between your hand and nozzle. Other than that works great, keeps battery well, looks great. This is third one I have in my house, the other two works properly

I love the liquid sensor pump. When my previous one for that room stopped working I was about to order a replacement. On line I saw there was a2 year Warantee. I called and they sent me a replacement in two days! This is an updated from my others with a new charger and wide opening for refill. Even more to love.
