A: Nope, The Bio Mat is filled with Amethyst Crystals, made in Hawaii and the smallest BioMatt is probably about $1000 bucks right now.

A: No. I was expecting it to be a heating pad but it doesn’t become hot. I think the 5 star reviews are for something else.

Q: Does this device emit TRUE INFRARED w/red lights or is this red light only? INFRARED is not seen by the eye & goes deeper into skin. Red lights mimic infrared but on the surface of skin.

We like this but we wish that the mat would get warm. It doesn’t get warm, it’s literally just red light… no warmth at all. Not sure that’s actually how it’s supposed to work.

This mat has such a bad chemical smell that in burns my eyes. It doesn't even get warm. It isn't weighted and doesn't claim to be so reviews that mention that it's weighted is bogus. It also says red light on the box which implies near red to most people but it is only infrared that doesn't actually heat up. I do like the versatility of the pad, but there are no psychological benefits and no way to know if there are any actual benefits with no heat emitting from the light.

This is not a weighted heating pad. The reviews were misleading. The mat is light weight and it says it emits red light and infra red light. It doesn’t get hot. It has fresh chemical smell too.

I can’t leave a review until I try it Requiring a review and a text greater than 50 characters is really annoying. Please have an opt out option to review after about a week based on an email asking for feedback. I’m sure your programmers can figure it out. It will also be a warm fuzzy feeling for the customer to get a feedback email.
