this sauna blanket does the trick, it takes at least 20-25 minutes to heat up to full capacity but you do get a good sweat. it does leaves red temporary burn marks on skin

I just purchased and have used it twice. One of the zippers is already messed up. It’s on the arm zipper so I can still use it but it’s super inconvenient.
