There was plenty of choice when it came to looking for a 65 inch OLED in this price bracket. Admittedly, this isn’t a TV calibrator’s dream since it doesn’t have the extensive controls rivals do. However, the picture and motion processing is as good as you’ll get in a TV, and that was really important for me. After adjusting colour settings I’m extremely satisfied with the results. I added a 4K Fire Stick and that has made all the apps even better due to it outputting Dolby Vision, which gives the picture a whole new vibrancy. I had to adjust picture settings further, but the results are excellent. Great sound too for when I’m not using my surround system. I’ve managed to put the centre speaker behind the TV by using the higher stand option. I’m very happy with my choice!

This is not the norm, as we always strive to deliver the best quality possible. If you still have the TV, try the steps below and test again: 1. Disconnect all externals (e.g., Sky box, Ariel cable, HDMI cables or USB, etc.). 2. Unplug the TV from the mains and leave it for 1 minute, and then plug it back. 3. Perform a forced factory reset by following these steps: - Unplug the TV from the mains. - Press and hold the power button on the TV itself, not on the remote control. - Plug the TV back in while you're still holding the button. - Don't release your finger until the LED flashes white or until the TV screen turns on. Bought Sony TV, sound bar and subwoofer the same day expecting compatibility. Have already spent more than 4 hours with Sony tech support. Still won't work. They say they need more time to investigate and will call back. Never call back.

Great picture. Dumb TV (SW/UI). Sony constantly changes the design (panel back, stand, input location, bevel, remote,…etc) for the sake of change, not improvements. The all plastic back is cheap (2020 A8H was almost perfect). All of the HDMI inputs located at upper side is poor design. Cables come from underneath. Plus, only (2) HDMI inputs support 4K/120hz. The SW/UI is better, but still archaic compared to Apple and most apps or websites. There should be handles. The AC plug is extremely cheap now and doesn’t allow for upgrade to higher quality cord/plug (videophile). The stand and height/width options is better. Overall, it’s a much cheaper looking OLED TV. And the remote is ridiculously small, including the buttons. Not ergonomic and difficult to see in dark. Battery cover is difficult to remove as well. I was shocked to pay more than my 2020 OLED XBR65A8H. The price is supposed to be less with newer models, especially when they’re this cheaply made. Unfortunately, I don’t have much choice if I want Dolby Vision, except for LG. It was between this and the LG G4, but I prefer the Sony PQ. I can’t stand LED either, even mini-LED. Looks like a computer display after 10 years w/ a Pioneer Elite 1080p plasma and OLED since 2017. Also, audio is Sonos Arc 5.1.

purchased after Black Friday sale. I bought a Samsung first because it was less expensive but that was DOA. When I took it back, the Sony was on sale and was a Bravia which was the same brand I was replacing. My previous Bravia was/is a great TV (still works) and this new one is shaping to be the same.

Set The SAMBA Interactive TV to OFF On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button and select Settings→ System → Samba Interactive TV → turn OFF Samba Interactive TV. Very disappointed with this purchase as the picture is not as clear as I expected with an oled high-priced tv. Also, there is no way to turn off the audio so that I can use my L.G. sound bar in lieu of using the tv speakers, only re-directing sound to a receiver which causes problems with sound quality AND if using the sound bar, I have to use that remote to control the sound in lieu of using my x-finity remote..

TVs are set up for Shop Front display settings, while in a store, which are very bright and vivid. Having said that, the quality of the source is a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. As a workaround, you might try adjusting the picture settings, such as increasing the brightness or switching to a different picture mode for a more balanced look. The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings]. For more information, please visit the link here: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00190409 For audio, set output to "Audio System" in settings to disable TV speakers and use your LG sound bar via HDMI eARC/ARC for better quality. Additionally, connecting a TV compatible with the Control for HDMI function using an HDMI cable enables you to interlock the speaker system operation such as power on/off, volume adjustment, and easily operate the device with the TV remote control. Make sure HDMI-CEC is enabled for remote control compatibility. if your sound bar doesn't support CEC, you may need its remote for volume.
