Each affected skin area should be treated with a maximum of 3 minutes of blue light followed by 3 minutes of red light per day and suggest not to exceed 6 minutes total treatment time (3 minutes red and 3 minutes of blue) daily. I started using Claro a few weeks ago and already see results. My crows feet are definitely less visible. Others have complimented me on my skin. However, the most dramatic result is an age spot that appeared on my neck a month ago is 100% gone! Every morning for about 2 weeks I applied blue light and then red light for 6 min each. I'm so impressed with these results.
