Q: How do you adjust the height? I can’t get it to budge.

A: As the cord is fed throughout the pole, we recommend gently pushing the cord in to provide extra length for adjusting the height.
submitted bySpaRoom - 6 months agoA: you have to unscrew the pole from top & bottom. once both unscrewed push black cord inside until desired height & then screw back in pole. after that it should be sturdy :)

Q: Mine will not raise or lower, I think it is missing a part. I have a second one of the exact same one and that one works perfectly. Is it missing a piece?

I saw all of the bad reviews, but I decided to purchase this candle warmer anyway. I don't regret it! I've had no issues with adjusting the height. I am able to adjust the height to work for my small candles and my big candles as well. It warms up the candles within a minute or two and makes the whole room fragrant! It also looks great in terms of decor and ambient lighting. It doesn't have a timer function, but if you don't mind that then you'll love this product.

Bought one of these through store pick up and the bulb was absolutely smashed. Requested a new one through the return process and it was also delivered with a smashed bulb. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

This item has a terrible design. When you try to adjust the height it scratches the actual pole that the light is held up with. Overall item is cheep and poorly made and I returned it the same day it came in.

It doesn’t extend to the height it claims to. I have read mixed reviews about this and the two that I purchased do not- I tried everything. They are the rose gold glass color, which is very beautiful. Only a mini size candle can fit. Very disappointing. Will be returning both.

Ignore the reviews saying it is not tall. You can adjust the pole. It loosens with a knob on the pole, you push it up or down, then tighten it to keep it sturdy. Anyways...it is a wonderful product that does the job nicely. I highly recommend this product.

Got this bc I'm always super worried that I'll fall asleep and forget to extinguish it and it works so well!! It goes up for bigger candles and also takes care of the problem of tunneling candles too. Nice that it goes with most decor too Going to get another one for my mom (:

Does not raise up to the height shown in the photos. It looks really dumb at the short height with such a large glass shade. The neck is also super loose and can easily spin around. Super disappointed!

Yes, it does really well as far as dispersing candle scent and avoids an open flame. However, while the neck is adjustable, it still does not pull out enough to accommodate a standard height Yankee Candle. Trust me I pulled the thing and pushed the cord to the very end and I can only fit the height of a Glade three wick. It’s still very cute and functional, but it’s not as accommodating as I’d hoped.

The first time I recived this lamp, it stopped working after 5 minutes. When I had it replaced, it arrived completely shattered. Got a virtually same item from Amazon (cheaper) and it has been working with no issues.
