The Spenco RX 3/4 Length Orthotic Arch Supports were designed to help control, stabilize and balance the foot. These arch supports are heat moldable for a custom fit. Its SpenCore layer absorbs shock and reduces friction to improve overall foot comfort. Available in multiple sizes for correct arch placement and a better overall fit, comfort and performance. I am a 77 year old man. My podiatrist suggested the 3/4 length Spenco insole when I was recovering from plantar fasciitis during COVID. They have worked very well protecting my plantar from shock and new injury. In my case PF never really heals; it becomes subclinical -- without symptoms. The Spenco insole helps keep it that way.

I have used these for more than 3 years. I had several pain in my left foot that I was not able to pressure on it! Now I can walk for hours and not have any pain. These have fixed my arches!

Years ago they were recommended by a podiatrist to try before paying for a custom orthotics. They have worked for all. These years and I constantly recommend them to friends and family.

I have been using these for my Plantar fasciitis for many years. The arch supports feel great and last a long time before replacement. I plan to continue using them until I can find something better.

I have been using Spenco orthotics for over 20 years. As a basketball referee, your feet take quite a pounding. This is a great product that helps people with plantar fasciitis.
