Splat 1 Wash Gel Temporary Hair Color

Poor quality. Appears too light to be visible even after applying a lot. Makes hair very sticky. Does not compare to the products similar to this that used to be available at beauty stores in the 90s.

It's like putting colored glue in your hair. It just sticks and I couldn't for the love of me brush through it without lossing half of my hair.

Made my daughter's hair so stuff and stuck together in clumbs even though we combed through it while it dried. We tried both the pink and the purple which both easily showed on her light brown hair. I'm seeing good reviews from those with curly hair so maybe it just doesn't work well with straight hair.

We used for Halloween hair color and it worked perfect. It will be fun to do streaks with in chunks too

This product is horrible i bought the green for a concert mind you it is very green, got home from said concert and hopped in the shower to wash my hair,and not all of the color came out now my hair is stained! If you have BLONDE hair do NOT use this product. I washed my hair 3 times and its still not gone! And now my hair is trashed.

Very sticky and stiff; Ok color. The color was medium vibrant on my blond tips but faded over time. I had to blow dry my hair for it not to be a sticky gross consistency.

Honestly it didn’t really work for me but i definitely think it was just because of the color. i have black/brownish hair. Otherwise i think it would work well on someone with lighter hair or a different color. it was easy to use.

The color achieved the look my daughter has been wanting. The red highlights came out actually really cool! Vibrant as you apply but settles into a pretty red shortly after. Washed out with ease. Curly hair approved

Don’t waste your time buying these products 🙃 it left my hair sticky and it’s not UV. I have it on in the picture but it’s not showing at all

This stuff is a great temporary hair color. It’s vibrant and shows with little effort. You can build on to make it brighter or use a small amount to add a hint of color. My son has loose curly hair and I have 2 strand twists and it looks good on both. It does leave the hair somewhat stiff, which isn’t a problem for curly hair, but might be for straight hair, especially if it’s fine. The comb application would be useful with straight hair to create streaks, but lots of product gets left behind inside, so beware and wash thoroughly because I can see the product drying inside and not being able to use multiple times. I applied to my edges with the comb (to cover my greys, which it’s EXCELLENT at) and to the rest of my hair with my hands because of the twists and the comb attachment not being something I can use on those. It washed off my hands very easily, so I have no worries about it washing out of our hair. It dries fast and doesn’t transfer after it dries. If you don’t like committing to colors and/or just want to have a bit of fun for a short time, you won’t be disappointed. I already have other colors in my cart as type this review because it’s so great. I just won’t say the big guy’s name when I apply them, lol.
