Leaves a beautiful color and a nice deep tan. But soo many cons. Very strong smell once it’s developed and it never drys down/feels sticky all night. Gets all over sheets and clothes through the night.
Easy and quick application, beautiful color

I don't like to spend a lot of time with self tanner and this goes on super quick and still gives even coverage of color.

Honestly shocked at how much I love this tanner. Is definitely a splurge, but it’s so easy to apply and blends really well. I use a $7 Sonia Kushak body brush to blend it out, and it looks great. It absolutely has a smell (it says it doesn’t on the bottle). It’s not as strong as others, but still smells like fake tan. And it gets on everything (sheets, clothes, etc) but washes off easily. Will be repurchasing.

It does give you a really nice dark but it makes your skin SOOOO DRYYY like moisturize three times a day and still cracked dry, then wears off patchy. It also is super sticky so it doesn’t dry all night. Also, doesn’t last as long as other brands I’ve tried but the color is really nice

This also made me severely sick I was so nauseous and was vomitting for a whole day! I know that is not normal and I am definitely going to look more into this product line! NOT OKAY!!!

This tanner made my whole body green and it was a brand new bottle that I’ve had for not even a week. Super disappointing

I have been using this product for about 4 years. It used to have a slight greenish tint, which ensured the tan looked brown and not orange. This past year, I've noticed it no longer has the green tint, resulting in a much more orange look. This has been on multiple bottles so I know it's not a defective product. It's really disappointing, and I'm not the only one who's noticed (a quick scroll through Reddit and you'll see others with the same experience). However, it still looks decent, is easy to apply, and lasts long, which is why I've given it 3 stars.

I have used almost every self tan out there so naturally I decided to try this one, too. This was relatively expensive compared to most, so I was really expecting great quality. Unfortunately this is the worst self tan I have ever used. It doesn’t dry at all — it’s almost impossible move with this on because any smudge throughout the day wipes it off. If you make it through the wait time, you’ll be disappointed to learn that the tan completely washes at the first sign of water - even after waiting overnight for it to develop.
Same Exact Color as Express Mousse

I bought this product because even with sleeping in the Express Mousse, my color wasn't as dark as I'd like. Since this product is marketed as 'dark,' I figured this would give me the darker color. After applying last night, I woke up this morning with the same exact color as I had with the Express Mousse. It's frustrating to me that I'm fairly certain that the mousse in both bottles is the exact same.

I tried this about two years ago and it has become my favorite and absolute go to tanning mousse. BUT, you HAVE to use it CORRECTLY. What I do is: exfoliate with loofa, then a body scrub, rub in a body butter/lotion all over my body, let it really soak in, THEN I am ready to go in with the mousse. I will then be a weirdo and dry naked with my fan on me, then will put on a silk romper to sleep in. When i wake up, I am ready to rinse, exfoliate, lotion and body oil and I truly glow. I get SO many compliments. It is NOT streaky if done this way.
The cons of it is: 1. I can't take bubble baths unless I am willing to do this all over again. I will keep it up with the Jergens tanning lotion. Re-do weekly or so.
2. Of course it does get all over my sheets when I go to sleep the first night.
Perfect if you want to look like an Oopma Loopa

I normally go for something less expensive but decided to splurge and get myself this as I've heard good things about St. Tropez. The first time I used it, it had barely any color and was patchy. The second time I used it, it was so orange!
I would buy this again

I really wanted to love this one. It never fully dried, was sticky the whole time. Was easily messed up by the simplest little splash of water after hours on my skin. It left my palms super green. After following the directions for the time i rinsed it off and nothing. The lightest tan ever showing and streaky too. Really disappointed.

This tanner is terrible. I usually use the "Extra Dark" version but my Ulta store was out so I figured this would be fine to try and boy was I wrong. The first time I applied it, the pump worked fine but it's SO sticky and the stickiness does not go away. After a day or so it starts looking so patchy. Not only that, it transfers into everything and gave me an orange tan. I figured maybe I applied it wrong? So when it came time to tan again, the pump just stopped working. I could barely get the pump to push down and then after a few pushes, the mousse finally came out but it was just watery. I then swapped the pump out with the pump from the bottle I just finished of the "Extra Dark" (which worked fine before) and the issue was as still there. I'm assuming there's a defect with the actual liquid and it's causing the pump to clog? I figured I'd try to still apply it that way but it turned out extremely orange and patchy. Unfortunately I threw my receipt away so I can't return this which is a shame. I recommend the "Exra Dark" version which is 10x better than this.

Says that they use natural clean ingredients. Unfortunately it contains Phenoxyethanol which is a known skin irritant and is TOXIC around the mouth… probably don’t put it on your skin. Very unfortunate. :(
