[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looked so nice. I couldn't wait to take it out of the box. However, when I did, I was disappointed. The quality was not what I was expecting. It is extremely light weight and the main body is all plastic including the push down lever to make coast that feels like it might break at any moment While I like the white color I do not like the texture of the product. I feel like over time. It will be too difficult to clean all those little grooves once dirt and grime get into them. I would have preferred a smooth surface. It does however, toast very evenly. I do not tend to use the defrost function often. It is very good for toast, bagels. And english muffins. But it's not big enough for my round sourdough bread slices. So for that I still need my toaster oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toaster so much! First of all, it is very aesthetic and looks great in my apartment kitchen matching the white cabinetry. I love that this toasts wide slices of bread because my favorite Japanese sweet bread comes in wide slices. I don’t know about other toasters, but this one has a removable crumb tray making it easy to clean! So many great features!
