Step2 All Around Playtime Patio with Canopy

I've done a lot of research on kind of play set I wanted for the backyard. I wanted to avoid the typical playhouse so it doesn't become a home for the snakes, spiders, and bees. I love that this is open. It has a 2 part sink so one side can be water and the other can be dirt or sand. It also has a drink (definitely buy some bbq food play items) My toddler and 7 year old can play in this just fine. Was missing the black bag though.

Why oh why can’t step2 pre-drill screw holes! Other than that very annoying part, assembly wasn’t bad. It was missing all the play food in the pictures. My daughter had a blast playing and the canopy provides decent shade depending on the sun.

Well unfortunately I should have gone with my gut and heeded the warning of another review as I have not received this item. It is showing that a label was created but 3 days later no update with tracking. I contacted customer support and was asked to wait until the end of day tomorrow and contact again as information on shipping may not have been updated. Unfortunately I do not believe I will receive the item and hopefully I can get the money refunded to my original payment method rather then a credit so I can order it from another retailer that will actually send the item. Extremely disappointed as this item is fairly expensive. It's unfortunate. So just beware that this may be a possibility as I apparently am not the only purchaser this has happened to.

It’s big & has plenty of play area for several children

My daughter recommended this when I asked her for birthday suggestions for a grandson turning 4. Her kids and their friends love playing in it. There’s plenty of room for many kids! (My 4 yr grandson and his 2yr old brother are loving it! Keeps them busy. Encourages creative play!)

This is the best little playset. I was looking for something big enough for my 7 year to play in and this is the perfect size. She can stand up without her head touching the top and there’s more than enough room for her to move around in. We customized it to make it look like a little Italian cafe and we couldn’t be happier. It’s sturdy enough and will last awhile.

My 2yo granddaughter absolutely loves this, she calls it her kitchen. We don't use sand in it because she has a sandbox. We put water in both sides and she likes to move water from one side to the other. My favorite thing about it is how open it is. It gets really hot in Texas, so we didn't want to get her a house that was hot inside. It's also been extremely windy these last few months and we haven't had any problems with it holding its own. Wonderful gift for young kids!

I gave this product 4 stars only because the assembly was difficult. The directions were only pictures and it would be helpful to have predrilled holes for the screws. Very hard to get through the thick plastic. Otherwise, my grandsons loved it and spent quite a bit of time using it.

I ordered this for my Grandson’s Birthday. I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old. Both kids loved playing together. Very nice. I would recommend it totally.

We did not get a book with instructions so we had to watch a YouTube video 5 times because some of the holes where not even drilled. So our item is kind of wobbly at the moment until we buy a drill.

It really does take 2 people to put this play house together. Use power tools. Our 2 yr old granddaughter LOVES this play house! It’s great for encouraging imaginative play. It was a hit from the time she saw it. She plays with it everyday!

My son and all our guest have loved this set! Great (and big enough) for more than one child. Very durable and holds up well outside. BUT.. why is there only one lid for the sand and water areas. Drainage is excellent!

My 4 year old, who barely lasts 5 minutes with one toy, has played for hours in her playtime patio! We set it up like a cafe and added a plastic water dispenser. It went together easily and appears to be easy to clean. I would highly recommend it!

This is such a great play house for my disabled daughter. Her wheelchair fits inside easily and she can wheel under each side. It’s hard to find accessible outdoor play options for her, but this fits the bill perfectly!

Quality is great, assembly straight forward. Keeps our daughter VERY busy, and exercises her imagination. Only flaw IMO is, the water tower snaps into a base but that base doesn't snap onto the sink area. Easily knocked over, nothing a few stainless screws couldn't fix. Solid A-

This play time patio keeps our 2 year old grandson so busy! Has great features! It’s durable and easy to install. Keeps his grandparents entertained daily.

My 2 year old is loving this! She has played in it every day since we got it a month ago. Keeps her busy for quite a while. Her favorite is the sand and water tables. The flat surface/table side is great for the dishes and such. She sets her plates and pans there fills them with sand and then dumps them back into the sand area (and repeats multiple times!). My 8 year old can also fit in this standing. I let them get messy and mix sand and water. Which they love. I added some plastic food we had already. The little mesh hanging bag is so convenient for clean up and storage! The canopy is fantastic! We have had a couple windy storms didn’t bother it at all. One thing to mention....though there are drains in the sand and water spots, it doesn’t drain completely. I simply did not attach/screw that part on. Just set it in the slots so I can pick it up and dump when they’re done or after rain. Did the same with the part that has the sink. It doesn’t have a drain and even if you don’t fill it with water, it’s going to get filled when it rains. Easy fix though! Just not screwing on those sections. I keep a bag of sand handy and add a couple scoops a time when they go to play. I don’t try to keep the same sand in because most ends up in the ground anyway. Definitely worth The money! So happy with this purchase!
