I cooked chicken seamlessly without stirring, then added water and veggies, and let it do its thing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pot is very heavy duty along with the stirring arm. Durability is not an issue with this pot. The lid is well made with a nice handle. The pot features 3 different stir settings and even more cook settings. You can adjust the time and temperature. The only complaint I have is that food piles in the corner of the pot and does not get stirred in. You have to occasionally stir food in to keep it combined.

The stir function made it so everything was cooked and heated equally. Really cool kitchen appliance. Can’t wait to make more.

The pan its self is of great quality. I use it but without the stirring paddle.

It is not the easiest appliance to clean and takes up a significant amount of space. Unless you like making stews that require constant stirring, it might not be the best purchase for you. I tried it to make rice pudding since the most difficult part of making rice pudding is the constant stirring! The recipe came out just fine and it was fun to make because of the novelty of a new appliance. My advice is that if you have the space and like to make recipes that require constant stirring, give this a try!

Very easy to clean and can be used for many dishes. It would be nice if it had an actual power button instead of just unplugging it as it did create a spark when unplugged after using.

Very easy to use and it's easy to clean. I cannot wait to use it for my fall beef chili recipe. The self stirring helps out a lot. Put a timer on it and forget about it.

We couldn’t tell the difference from that versus her original slow cooker, so I guess that’s a win. She did say it took a little longer with this PowerXL to make the beef tender enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works nicely as a slow cooker, soup broth-er, and risotto maker. It has one paddle that mixes everything to make it even. My only problem is in the case of meats and such you have to precook them and cook them separately..for example; I wanted to do a paella style plate but couldn't because the rice and proteins have to be cooked separately. Other than that, everything worked nicely.
