My rheumatologist suggested Turmeric as an alternative to pain meds since I can't take them. Granted, Turmeric doesn't work as well as pain meds, but I did find that this product helped ease my pain some and it did it without messing up my stomach. I would call that a win!

I have been using this Turmeric for over a month. I take one in the morning and one at night. Sometimes I forget so the bottle lasted longer than a month. You can take both at the same time. To me they are very easy to swallow. They have the distinct smell of turmeric. The pill is on the bigger the size. I really appreciate that this one contains black pepper. It helps you absorb the turmeric.

After a few weeks of usage I’ve been pain free in both of my knees. I was surprised but they really works for those aches and pains, but must take two per day, one in the morning and one at night. A very good supplement

I like these tumeric pills. They are smaller than others and easy to take. I also enjoy that they are not capsules. They have no after taste or smell to them. They are packaged well and are as described.

I had no issues with these. The smell isn’t amazing but I’ve smelt worse before. They are easy to take and seem to be working great. I would definitely buy another bottle and I recommend these to anyone looking for new turmeric.

This tablet delivers so much goodness of turmeric, which helps to heal body from inside . If you believe in natural medicine and need some goodness of turmeric and pepper this is right for you . There is after taste so I take my with food . The size of the tablet is easy to take.

This is a great tumeric supplement. The tablets are easy to take and I don’t notice any aftertaste at all. I haven’t really noticed a difference in how I feel but I feel like tumeric kinda does it’s work silently.

Supplement went down easily, not much flavor. Easy to take by itself or with a meal. Not sure if I saw any benefit from it as I only took it for 3 weeks so far. But I had no side effects as of yes. If looking for this kind of supplement, I’d say it’s good

Convenient and quality source for turmeric. As someone who has recently added turmeric to their daily regimen, I really liked the quality of these supplements. They are relatively small and go down incredibly easy. Didn't notice the addition of pepper at all. No aftertaste or smell.

I started taking this per my doctor's recommendation for what he believes to be inflammation-induced pain. After several weeks I have not noticed any difference, but perhaps it takes longer to have positive effects? The pills have a slightly off-putting odor but it's not bad taking them and there is no aftertaste. I will continue to give it a shot.

I started taking turmeric based on a recommendation from Dr Mary Claire Haver, a menopause expert on Instagram. I like these supplements because they are a higher dose in a small tablet. And they are organic! They are easy to swallow and have no taste. Recommend!

A good supplement to add to your everyday diet. The known benefits of turmeric include reducing inflammation and improving digestive health. These are small and easy to swallow. They don’t have a weird taste either.

I have nothing negative to say about this supplement. Its as described and works as you would expect. There is no weird smell or aftertaste, pills are reasonably sized, and packaging kept everything intact (but it did color the cotton inside yellow!)

I've been taking these for about 3 weeks now and originally I didn't love the flavor, but it's definitely grown on me. The pepper was the first thing I was able to taste, but now they really don't bother me at all. Glad to be adding in some healthy items into my diet over the holidays.

I am taking turmeric supplement to reduce inflammation and to detox. My usual routine is to take 2 caplets with food for one month. Then , i take 2 months break. In addition to the turmeric supplement, i do an anti-inflammatory diet. Feel great.

Nice size supplement. Easy to take. No noticeable after taste. This is something I was curious about it helping with inflammation reduction. To be honest I am not sure yet if this has helped or not. I think to really give an honest opinion it really needs to be a longer trial period

Turmeric is good for you. This formulation is not the strongest and you have to take 2 for the serving size, but it's a good product overall. It does have a lot of added ingredients most of which are not helpful, nor necessary, so buyer beware.

Liking the organic ingredients in these. It’s hard to find quality vitamins that are easily stocked in stores and not super expensive. These seem to fit the bill! Tablets aren’t huge and directions are to take 2 per serving. No aftertaste which is appreciated.
