Q: Can the seat be replaced with a regular bicycle seat? In case someone wants something more comfortable.

This has nothing to do with Marcy or it's products. It has to do with Target's poor handling of shipment and condition the box comes in. Few screws were missing and the first bike shipped out didn't even make it because it was so severely damaged by FedEx.
