Swanson Dietary Supplements Keratin 50 mg 60 Caps.

This product is amazing. I've been taking it now for 4 months (Mar-Jul) and after my old nails grew out (which I could actually see), stronger nails appeared. They don't break or peel anymore. My main issue was my nails, but my hair is growing like wildfire too. I did not do this review until now so I could do an honest review.

Best supplement for my hair that I have tried. After just a few weeks, noticed less breaking and shedding.

Helps strengthen hair and nails. Easy to take. I take it along with biotin, collagen, and Vitamin C. I would highly recommend if your hair is thinning and nails are brittle.

I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and there has definitely been a difference. Before this, I was taking biotin due to brittle nails and hair falling out, but too much biotin can cause cystic acne which I suffered after a few days after taking biotin. I decided to try this after considering between collagen or keratin. Collagen was just too expensive to begin with, so I decided on the keratin. After a week, I felt the difference in my nails, they were firmer, but I wanted to wait for the second week to really see a difference and there is. Normally I couldn't grow my nails as they would peel and crack. Now, they have grown without either problem. My hair as well. I have thick, long hair and I had a problem with shedding, especially when using conditioner it would just fall in almost like clumps and flaky scalp. I wash my hair every two or three days to prevent drying out. Since taking these, my scalp is dramatically less flaky and I don't shed as much hair as I used too. The capsules are really small, so I understand the bottle size. These are already in the smallest bottle size they can be, otherwise those with negative reviews on how the bottle is "too big" would turn to how these bottles are too small. The bottles are about the size of film canisters.

About 6 months ago I replaced this product for the boring I’ve been taking for 3 years. I’m seeing better results in 6 moths than I saw in3years with biotin. My nails are growing and breaking less, my hair is thicker and shinier too. Everyone is asking me what I’ve been doing. I tell them and give them the info on Swanson. What a great company

I was having issues with my hair & decide the keratin shampoo just wasn"t doing anything to benefit my hair. The keratin supplement has changed that glad I bought it and really happy that it's working so well!

I haven't noticed much improvement in my hair growth or thinning, but my nails are long & strong now. They even stopped chipping. It takes about a month for natural products. Be patient.

I recently started taking these and stopped taking glucosamine sulfate as I have had no results with the glucosamine. After 2 weeks, I see a slight improvement. I hope more improvements with happen with the keratin, time will tell.

I started taking the Swanson Keratin about 3 weeks ago, since, now that I'm getting older, I notice my hair and nails are not as thick and strong as they used to be. Also, I have heard Keratin is beneficial for joint health. I figure it may take some time to actually see a difference in my hair since it grows so slowly, but it makes sense that it should help, and I'm always pleased with the Swanson products I get.

I love this product! My husband and I have been taking MSM and Glucosamine for many years, with no noticeable improvement. Swanson had this product on special at the time I was placing a new order, and I thought I might as well try it. It's been great for my joints, as well as improving the quality and appearance of my hair and skin! My last order included this for my husband as well as one of my close friends. I would highly recommend trying it.
