No muscle workout soreness when taking this before and hourly into workout. Matches the dosage of a branded version and skips the Calcium Lactate at a tenth the cost.

This is a wonderful magnesium to take. It has less negative effects regular magnesium oxide. If you need to up your magnesium intake, this is the one to take.

Magnesium Lactate is the only thing that helps my leg cramps. I still get them once in a whilr but not nearly as often or as painful as they were before I started taking this suppliment. My chiropractor recommendation.

I've found over the years that I can tolerate any magnesium. But two of these per day are the only ones that stop any cramps for me. My chiropractor muscle tested me and found that magnesium lactate was what I needed. I used to buy it from him but naturally his price was more. So I found it here at Swanson's and the quality is fine and much less expensive. It's odd, the milligrams are not high but it works better for me than using high doses of another type of magnesium.
