Following my wife’s Thyroidectomy in 1995, in which her Parathyroids were damaged, she became 100% dependent on Calcium supplement. Initially the only source known to us, that could bring her Calcium to the desired level, was 10, huge Calcium Carbonate pills, taken daily. Hard to swallow and hard on the digestive system. Since we discovered Swanson’s Calcium Aspartate a feww years ago, taking 5 capsules a day, are enough to meet her Calcium level needs - they are easy to swallow and easy on her digestive system. She cannot live without it – literally!

Please be aware that this is not the anhydrous form . It's just plain calcium aspartate.

I have used 2 full bottles without much noticeable difference in overall well being. I thought this product might help with my arthritic issues but I am still having the same amount of joint pain and stiffness. Too early to recommend to others.

DO YOU HAVE HEAL SPURS??? This product healed my heal spurs in 1 month of taking this better absorbability calcium. I have suggested this product to 3 other people with the same issues and it has fixed their heal spurs as well. But the price is the best part. It is very reasonable compared to podiatrist visits that don't work.
