it actually made my throat sore. I don't know why but I stopped and took it again a week later and same thing

This is the best iodine supplement that I've ever taken. I initially noticed increased energy. Then, weight loss. I have to have a thyroid ultrasound every year due to having a history of thyroid nodules. My previous scan showed 6 thyroid nodules total with one being large enough to possibly warranty surgery, if it had increased in size by this year's thyroid ultrasound. My doctor recently informed me that this year's thyroid ultrasound only showed 2 nodules on my thyroid and the one that was very concerning had reduced significantly. I highly recommend this iodine supplement, but I do advise you to only take it while being followed closely by your doctor.

I have a lot of faith in the Swanson products. Hard to know if the Iodine Complex is working. My Doctor recommended it for Breast Health. All I can say is that I’m a health nut and at age 76, my seeyearly 3D mammograms as well as my bilateral ultrasounds show dense but cancer free breasts, Praise the Lord and my Doctors!!
Most people do not let enough iodine in their diet.

From my last blood test the doctor said I needs more iodine and this was a great product. Plus I take kelp tablets.

Since I use Himalayan sea salt, I take an iodine supplement. Triple Iodine provides good quality types of iodine. It was recommended to me by a knowledgeable doctor. I am very happy with it.

Because of discovering nodules on my thyroid, and being told to "come back next year for another exam" without being given medicine or diet advice in a state that has been notoriously low on iodine, I am supplementing my diet with this iodine product and Swanson selenium. My last exam showed a diminishing of nodule size. So I am pleased with this product.

This is my go-to daily med that keeps my digestive eliminations regular and effective. There are many other positive effects but this one, for a person with an issue over elimination, is by far the most beneficial. Most people don't test for or realize that they lack Iodine and how it impacts many of our biological functions and the WORKING TOGETHER OF our biological functions, IMHO.
