These are fine dusters, but they are so heavily perfumed that they were impossible to use. I’m not sensitive to smells and actually love scented products, but I couldn’t keep these in the house because even the sealed box is overwhelming. I put the box in the garage, and while the scent itself is pleasant, walking into the garage is now headache inducing. Do not recommend.

I have used your product since it came out and absolutely love them, but in the last 3 months they are falling apart and leaving fussy particles on the furniture not happy about this I clean houses for a living not sure if your cutting back on the products to make the swiffer but it seems the quality of the product is not the same as before when product first came out.Thank you, Donna Hodges

I strongly believe that each cleaning pad should last longer than it currently does. While the current duration is acceptable, it would be much more convenient if I didn't have to frequently return to the pantry or carry extra dusters just to lightly dust a hallway and bedroom. However, the product is highly reactive to dust and requires minimal effort, making it just as effective as other similar products on the market. Considering its effectiveness, I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable dusting solution.

Why does anyone need a scented duster that just leaves behind whatever chemical is used to make said scent? I use Swiffers to pick up dust and the like. I bought these by mistake in a store, so I didn't have the benefit of seeing the LAVENDER icon under the product pic on the site. These refills and the box they come in reek of chemical scent smell. By the time I realized that it was this product that was making everything else in the storage room stink, the damage was done. I threw these out right away.

These work great for picking up dust, however I can’t get them to stay on the stick. My mom said the same and just uses hers without the stick. I do like the scent.

Thank you, for sharing your experience with your Swiffer Dusters Multi-Surface Refills with Febreze Lavender Scent. Be sure that you've fully inserted both prongs from the Handle into the sleeves on the duster. They can be inserted either way into the sleeves, just take the time to fully insert them, and spread out the refill over it. Your dusters should have two sleeves on the back of the duster cloth. Know that other brands of refill dusters may not fit the Swiffer handle.
