Q: How are the swiffer heavy duty duster different from the heavy duty Pet duster? They are both 360° correct? And have trap and lock technology.

A: The difference between our Pet is that it is lavender scented. It is perfumed at a lower amount than our current Lavender for Heavy Duty.

Q: Are the dusters dry? If so, then, they temporarily remove dust from one surface, but after floating, the dust will settle down on another surface. Will the dusters work after springling water on it.

A: We can assure you that our Dusters are designed to trap and lock dust, dirt, and hair, as they're lightly coated in our Dust Lock Adhesive. We do not recommend putting water or other substances on your Dusters, as they haven't been tested to be used in this manner.

Q: Are these unscented? The Target title in the listing says “unscented” but they definitely don’t smell unscented and say “Febreeze Odor Defense.” Very disappointing.

When the cloth is full and will not pick up any more dirt, throw it away and change to a clean duster. Our Dusters are designed to be disposable and aren't meant to be washed. This product has an overwhelming scent of disgusting febreze that I did not notice in the description. I thought that PET meant traps dog hair, not replaces dog stink with something worse. It stunk up the box it was delivered in and now it’s stinking up my garage, hopefully to lose enough scent to be usable later.

I like the lite scent and I love the Effectiveness of the dusters and the pet hair removal is good and they are very good value for money and the Durability is exactly what I thought they would be I was able to pick up pet hair and remove it and it had a good result where ever I used them for pet hair removal

The quality of this duster cloth has diminished significantly to the point it just moves dog hair from one place to another but does not stay on the cloth as advertised. The size of the puffs continually get smaller.

The description of these Swiffer Dusters shows they are unscented. As soon as I opened the box that they came in I knew they were scented. My allergies are so bad I had to put them out in my garage until I can return them. Beware!!

These inserts for the duster are amazing. My dog sheds like crazy and a quick run of this over my surfaces cleans up super fast and holds on to the dust and hair for dear life so when I’m walking it over to the trash bin nothing is left behind!

Still pick up dust well enough. The smell and sticky coat it brings are unpleasant. Sticks to hands. Smells terrible. Used one. Won't use the rest.

I have used this for years but I have noticed that now all it does is MOVE the dust and animal hair to the floor. Had not really noticed until a bright day with the sunlight that hit the furniture that I was "cleaning" just right to see all that dust and hair just floating into the air to settle elsewhaere. Took a look at the duster and relized that it was really clean for all the dusting I had done. At first, thought that it was the duster so put on a refill and still NO PICKUP of dust - just moved all that dust and animal hair around.
