A: Pls elaborate. Use on SEALED tile flooring only. There is no such thing. Only grout is sealed. Do you mean not for use on porous tile flooring?

These work well for 6-12 months however, there is an engineering design flaw that lets the cleaning fluid leak into the sprayer motor and electronic components which kill the mop. I had this happen twice. Now I use a Clorox manual spray mop with washable heads 👍🏼

From the start, it's frustrating. The pad doesn't stick on to the mop. It looks like you should tear the strips off, but that breaks it. The solution doesn't clean dirt off the floor, that's the main problem! And it brings only 2 pads which aren't enough even for 1 time mopping whole house, unless you want to clean part of your floor with a dirty pad. I'm throwing this mop away, not worth the aggravation.

I really liked this at first for some routine cleaning. However, I’ve only had the power mop for a month and now spray. Also the mopping pads don’t stay on which is really frustrating. If takes more time to put the pads on then the actualvleaning

I bought this mop a week ago. And it stopped spraying already. Replaced the battery, checked the wires and everything they said to do on yhe site. IT JUST STOPPED WORKING. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

I bought this in January, now it’s March only 2 months to using it and it doesn’t work at all. I did put new batteries and a new cleaner liquid thing, and it doesn’t turn on period. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is the first time I tried swifter products, but turn out very disappointed. I use the power mop couple times and it was good as it supposed to be. However, there is bad connection for the spraying function. It stopped spraying and could work at all even after I changed the batteries. The design is really bad.

Very disappointed. First off, the spray is incredibly weak. I have a 10-year-old Swiffer Wet Jet, and it still sprays a nice jet out of both sides. From the day I got this one, it has been more like a trickle, and one of the jets almost immediately got clogged up or something, so it barely sprays at all. The handle on this thing is also rickety — it is two parts that snap together, but they are constantly coming apart while I mop. The pads and the refills are overpriced and whatever the solution is does not clean floors very well — leaves them sticky much of the time. The cheapness compared to this brand’s own products from the recent past is really striking.

Power mod hardly. Used this twice. First time the mod pad did not hold well and cleaning was just not possible. Wasted the 2 already in the package. It is interesting the design was not tested well. Second round, the liquid squarts were more than controllable leaving streaks and as above mod pad was not sticking. Wondering what are options to return & refund. Both extra liquid bottles expecting the product sold would work as expected to do the job. Not recommding.

Overpowering smell, not safe for pets. I got this to clean the garage but the scent was so overpowering it nearly gave me an asthma attack just having it in my car. I’m going to have to return/throw it out.

This mop constantly falls apart when I'm using it. I can't get more than 2 swipes before it disconnects at the connect point. Extremely inconvenient, I can't use this product effectively. Not worth the money.

Saw a commercial about the new Swiffer Power Mop. I liked the convenience of my old Swiffer...but it stopped working even with new batteries. So I bought this new and improved version. I'm impressed. It was able to clean old floor smudges the old one couldn't. Possibly the new formula? Or the new mop head design? What ever it is I'm so happy I bought the new swiffer Power Mop.

The handle comes apart every single time I go to push or pull the mop. The little button doesn’t stick out enough and is kind of slanted so it constantly goes in and then the pole comes off. Can’t even hold it in place and use it. Total waste of money.
