I was able to use the Power Mop twice, but now the solution won't spray out of the nozzles. I've double checked that there is solution in the bottle, I've replaced the batteries, and I used a safety pin needle to make sure the nozzles weren't clogged. Very disappointed!

I had an issue with a few power mops, but the company is amazing. I emailed to ask a question as to why it dies so easy, even with new batteries. The company was quick to reply and offered to send a replacement.

I was expecting much more with the "PowerMop" name. Batteries just for squirting?! The mop heads don't pick up as much as expected, even with strong and repeating swipes. However, It was easy to assemble and I like the flexible head.

I've been wanting this product for a while now and i finally received it yesterday, i started cleaning immediately with it. I vacuumed beforehand and started using my Swiffer. I instantly noticed the fresh, clean scent from the cleaning solution. It cleaned very well, and on top of that, my floor dried in mere minutes after mopping over it. This product is great and i can't wait to use it more!
Waste of money. Jammed after two uses.

What a waste of $$. I bought the starter pack along with refills for both the wood floor and regular floor. I used the power mop two maybe three times and now when I press the button, I hear the motor but nothing comes out. Of course I already threw away my receipt so I’m just out!! Not happy at all!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

This swiffer does have larger pads. The issues I have is the cleaning solution keeps popping up everything few minutes, I have to stop and click it back down. Also if I walk on my floors with white socks after mopping the bottoms are very dirty…..so how clean are they really getting? It is much more convenient then traditional mopping. I have purchased extra pads and spray so I will decide on keeping after I use them up.

The cloths dry up super fast on wood floors. If there is any dust or particles it can scratch your floor. Wish it came in a neutral or different scent. I do not like the rotted fruit smell. I do like the concept and the mop does navigate easily but the handle is too short. I am only 5' 2" but you have to bend to push it and it hurts my back. I can't emphasize enough they dry up so fast and that rotted fruit smell they have is gross. Only slightly more handy than a regular mop.

I've had.my power mop for over 3 months now and overall I'm very happy with it. The pads and cleaning solutions could be less expensive but in today's economy what can you expect I find that the power map makes mopping the floors much easier and does a terrific job. The only problem I've had is that my grandson took the battery holder/compartment off the map and has lost it and I've been unable to find anywhere to get a replacement

It mops well and is really nice in my bathroom. The pad picked up all the hair and toilet paper lint off the floors instead of it getting down in the grout as with the original one. My only problem is that the stupid bottle of solution won’t stay down so it won’t Staley or it falls out onto the floor! It’s so frustrating. I have to pay really close attention to whether or not the liquid is coming out so I know if I need to adjust the bottle, again. Fix that, Swiffer.

If you’ve removed the piece of corrugated cardboard that's positioned under the Cleaning Solution bottle, your bottle should fit into the machine nicely. While you’re looking to see if that cardboard’s gone, check the silicone cap on the bottle. If you see that it’s bulging, unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. After doing that, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If you don’t see a leak, reinsert the bottle. If you do see a leak, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. Give us an update if this helped. Expensive to repurchase . pads hardly pick up anything. they claim hundred of scrubbing pads which is a joke. they are few and far between.. it does not work on spills as therere are too few strips. Does not even clean well. This is nothing but overpriced garbage. It does not capture dust, it just lumps it and moves it around

This is what we needed, walking barefoot on the floors after using your product is amazing. The one thing I would make better is where the poles clip together. They keep coming undone. If you could send me a new one it would be great.

Swifter power mop does not come with batteries. I have checked 3 boxes. I had to purchase my own. Do not buy unless you get a credit for no batteries.

Really? The bottle is refusing to click into place. I just can't! Life is to hard to have such a disappointing product. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm genuinely heartbroken that this easy to assemble mop can't pull off the win.

I have purchased 3 times the swiffer power mop. I love it. but when the first bottle empties and I put a new bottle in ..it does not click in at all. This is the 3rd one I've tried. I have exchanged the last 2 because of same issue. Not happy customer 😒

It's possible your machine needs new batteries. Switch out the ones that came with the device with brand-new, one-time-use AA batteries. Ensure they're inserted correctly into the battery compartment, and that you fully reinserted the compartment into your PowerMop. Second swiffer & just like the first one it quit spraying. It is not clogged & batteries are new. Worked great the first few times using it then it stops spraying.

Tricky to assemble. The aroma of the cleaner is overpowering and lasts for days. Wish there was an unscented version. And I now have extra bottles and boxes of cleaning pads and liquid from the original Wet Jet (that no longer works even after I disassembled it and fixed it 3 times) and will be wasted since they do not fit the new Power Mop. Not a happy camper, sorry.
