purchased the power mop and it doesn’t even come with the battery compartment, i have the batteries but no where to place them or even use the mop. also the fact that there are no replacement battery compartments is absolutely ridiculous.

Used the power mop for the first time today, Easy to assemble and got under tables chairs etc. with ease. A lot quicker than getting out the mop and pail and does the job. Only problem, mine didn’t come with the batteries,

I was expecting it to have a longer handle or extension parts to add if wanted. This is hard for people with back problems. Size is great for my little helper.

Not very pleased with this product. The mop head wasn't even very wet when I finished 2 bathrooms and kitchen floor (spray is working fine). Didn't clean mud spots. Not a great product.

It needs improvement! I had really high hopes for the power mop but the pads don’t stick! It’s very frustrating. I find that I’m always having to stop to make sure the swiffer pad is still on securely. I don’t think I will buy this product again unless they make improvements. Please do better swiffer!

I purchased this mop of the summer and it started to stop working a couple months later. After messing with it for 20 mins we could occasionally get it to work, but now it's not working at all. We replaced batteries, cleaned it, disassblemd and reassembled it and nothing. It's absolutely ridiculous that this didn't even last 6 months and I have to buy a new mop.

The larger cleaning surface is great. I am disappointed that the mop part has to be replaced each time. Not environmentally friendly. I thought that the mop part could be laundered and reused. I have a Libman mop that I can launder. Please come out with this for the Power Mop.

I loved this Power Mop! Quick, Easy and Convenient to sum it up! I don't have huge areas to mop just small vinyl floor in bathroom and small area of the kitchen. This was way easier and honestly just as efficient as the bucket & standard mop. The only downfall was not being able to see how far the spray goes. Overall it went together easy, came with everything you need to start and cleaned my floor great! 10/10 would Recommend

A good product idea, that works, before it breaks. Too flimsy for a scrubbing tool. Also too short and pins holding Handel parts together are too cheap and weak. I have a regular Swiffer, much better quality. But could be better.

Every time I buy a refill bottle, it does not snap onto the cleaner. I am on my third Power Mop. The bottle snap mechanisms are cheap and shoddy. Additionally, the pads are outrageously expensive. Don't waste your time or money.

Doesn’t work out of the box! Added batteries, connected everything inserted cleaning solution and it will not work! I even watched some YouTube videos but nothing could get this power mop working.

Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzle; you may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. We also recommend to try fresh batteries as well as making sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. Works better than the regular swifter, however the scents for the cleaning solution are awful. Our eyes were watering after using it the first time. Why does every thing have to be scented or at least so heavily scented. Very disappointed that I probably won’t be able to use it again.

I was able to use the Power Mop twice, but now the solution won't spray out of the nozzles. I've double checked that there is solution in the bottle, I've replaced the batteries, and I used a safety pin needle to make sure the nozzles weren't clogged. Very disappointed!
