The 'scent' is over powering. If you have any sensitivity to artificial scents, do not use. I don't see the option for unscented. Purchased the Fresh Scent

cleaning pads don't stay tucked into the mop

These would be great to use IF your wet cleaning pads actually stayed tucked into the Swiffer sweeper when mopping. The Clorox brand cleaning pads usually will but not your name brand ones. Could be they're just too skimpy.

If you haven't already, we recommend to align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Once that's done, make sure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. I’ve tried them all, and this one with the antibacterial is my favorite. Even after doing all that before I swiffer there’s still some dirt it picks up, so I love cleaning till the pad stays white knowing it’s truly clean.

We have bamboo wood floors and this works really well. It cleans without leaving any residue or streaks. And, the best part is that there is no strong odor. I am sensitive to many cleaners and this one does not have a strong odor.

These are terrible! I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how they go on. The one at the top seemed like it was one piece. I finally looked at this website, it was helpfui, but then I had to spend more time trying to seperate the layers. I use the regular one & it's great, thought I'd try this product. It's horrible just trying to get it on!

this is a great product. it’s quick to use on cleaning your floors plus easy to install on the swiffer wet jet and the smell is great it actually last for a longer time than you’d expect but then again it depends on how much you mop or use it. Don’t even have to get your hands dirty to mop your floors.

I love these items and use them all the time. However the items looked as if someone had dropped them. The head of it that has to go into the swiffer wasn’t able to cause it was so cracked and smashed

I am a first time user and I am disappointed. I bought the starter kit that came with the stick, 2 heavy duty pads, 1 regular wet pad and a dusting pad. I have a new house with Luxury Vinyl flooring, I thought this would be perfect to clean them. What I was so disappointed in was that the pad only stayed wet and cleaning well for a very small part of my floor, like a 10 foot long by 4 foot wide area. When I went from there into my kitchen it was hardly wet or cleaning. At the start of the mopping it was great, but ended not so great. It happened with the heavy duty pads and the regular wet pads. I would expect it to stay wet enough to clean a small hallway and small kitchen. I am not sure if I will continue to buy these pads.
