It heats foods very well and evenly. I have used it to make cheesesteaks and scrambled eggs among many other foods. Nothing has stuck or burnt to the pan so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this frying pan by T-fal - Unlimited Platinum Non Stick 12" Fry Pan. I have been trying to cook healthier for me and my family. This frying pan is making healthy cooking fun in my home. I have used it to pan fry chicken, fish, veggies and a few other meats to beautiful perfection with them not sticking or burning in the pan. I make sure my utensils I use are not metal or rough and so far it hasn't scratched my pan. When cleaning my pan I haven't put it in the dishwasher but have handwashed it with a soft rag and non abrasive dish soap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 12 inch Unlimited Premium Frying pan by T-Fal recently and absolutely love it. Its very high quality. It has a nice heavy bottom, is dishwasher safe and can also be used in the oven up to 500 degrees. Another fantastic feature is the "Thermo-Spot" feature which is a large dot in the middle of the pan that turns solid red to let you know when the pan is properly pre-heated. It makes for thorough and even cooking. The sides of the pan are high which is great for cooking large dishes and also reduces spatters. It has heavy a duty non-stick coating and most metal utensils can be used - but I always use wooden or plastic utensils because that is what has been engrained in me since I was a child. The non-stick coating makes clean-up a breeze. This is my new favorite and go-to pan. I highly recommend it.

So far nothing has stuck to it and there is room enough in it to fry up just about anything. This pan is also not too heavy and the handle is solid. I’ve been putting in the dishwasher and it comes out fine. I’ll be using this pan for years.

This is a great go-to pan for just about anything you cook on the stove! I love the deep sides that make it almost Wok-like! I always struggle with holding frying pans to scrape food out because they are so heavy but the Unlimited Platinum NS is light enough weight to hold with my left hand, even though it is a large 12" skillet. It is fantastic for searing steak and then finishing in the oven, since it is all metal and oven safe. Clean up is a breeze as well since nothing sticks to it. I was a little nervous about the seasoning process but even that was easy to do. Overall it is a great pan!

I have fried salmon in with absolutely no problems. It did not stick at all. I’ve also browned ground beef for tacos. I’ve even made pancakes in this pan! I prefer to hand wash this pan to keep it looking its best, even though you can put it in the dishwasher.

The handle is very sturdy and heavy, the non-stick surface works great and I love that it should last 12 years according to the package information. I don't put my pans into the dishwasher, but this one says you can. We love that it is also oven safe as well up to 500 degrees.

I made scrambled eggs, fried rice and quesadillas on the stove top and a chicken noodle casserole in the oven. The pan heated evenly. I used a paper towel to remove the little bits of food that did stick. The pan is dishwasher safe. The pan is simulated to match up to 12 years of usage. I will be using this pan for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time ever using a T-fal pan and it was an awesome experience. My first time using the T-fal Unlimited Platinum Fry Pan was a wonderful experience. Marking the first time I was ever able to fry a pancake without using something to make sure it wouldn’t stick. I was apprehensive at first but definitely pleasantly surprised at how well it cooked. How it browned the pancake so evenly. It was beautiful. Another plus is how well and easy it cleans. I found myself just needing to use a paper towel to wipe it out in between cooking different items. At the end just place it in the dishwasher and it’s done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this skillet and cooked my breakfast with it. Eggs, hash browns and bacon. NO STICKING AT ALL!!! I would highly recommend this skillet. Only thing if I said anything negative is I wish it had a lid.

I love the fact that you can use metal spoons and in it too. I will definitely be seeing if there is a set with these that includes smaller pans and pots

I like that with T-fal your don't cook on high temperatures. It cooks just as fast on lower temps. It is deep and large for bigger meals.

As an avid home cook, I have tried and used many different brands of skillets and some are good and there are those few that are great, this one falls in the latter category. It heats evenly and truly is nonstick. Clean up is a breeze as nothing seems to stick to this and I have cooked everything from steaks to shrimp to vegetables. It is amazing for stirfry and for browning meats and everything in between. It is extremely high-quality materials and very well-made. I highly recommend!

It’s platinum non stick coating is the best I’ve seen in other pans I’ve owned. Food just slides off and cleans very quickly and easily. I’ve seared scallops, steak and often cook eggs in this pan. I also like the Thermo Spot heat indicator bc I know when the pan is at the right temp and ready to cook. It’s very versatile. Highly recommend the pan.
