T-fal Stone Force, Platinum non-stick powered by hard minerals

It is smooth enough to use on a glass top stove however. It can be used for many different dishes and I love the handle design. It is very well built. Cleaning is also very easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve got a chance to try out those Platinum non-stick pans and must said that I love them so much. I use them on my gas cook top and the heat is spreading out evenly on them. I love the height so the oil won’t splash out too much when I stir-fry or frying. The other day, I used the small pan to fry some spam and the big pan to make some veggie stir-fry and they turned out perfectly. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been using this Tefal frying pan for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the best I’ve had. The non-stick coating is amazing—nothing sticks, and I barely need any oil. Eggs, pancakes, stir-fries… everything just slides right off, which makes cooking (and cleaning) so much easier. One thing I love is the Thermo-Signal (that little red dot in the middle). It changes color when the pan is hot enough, so I don’t have to guess. The heat distribution is also great—food cooks evenly, and I haven’t had any issues with burning or uneven spots. The pan itself feels solid, and the handle has a nice, comfortable grip. It works on different stovetops, including induction, which is a plus. My only minor complaint? You really have to be careful with utensils—no metal, or you’ll scratch the coating. Also, even though it’s technically dishwasher-safe, I just wash it by hand to keep it in good shape. Overall, highly recommend this pan! It makes cooking so much easier, and if you take care of it, it’ll last a long time.

The heat distribution I’ll say it’s pretty even but the best part is the non-stick which makes it super easy to clean but do try to avoid metal utensils in order to keep it in good shape.

I have not had any issues with food sticking to the pans. They are easy to wash and dishwasher safe which is nice but I have only hand washed them. A benefit to the pans is they are oven safe up to 400 degrees. Love the 2 different sizes as I can use them for many different things I cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a Heat indicator in the middle of the pan to help you know when the pan is hot. The pan Holds heat really well so you can cook on lower temps more efficiently. Cleaning is very easy. I love the size of the pan for easy 1 pan meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great frying pan set. It is versatile, durable and non-stick. The difference I’ve found between this nonstick pan vs. other nonstick pans is the mineral coating enhances scratch resistance. I also like how there is a ‘thermo spot indicator’ that helps to let you know when the pan has heated evenly. The only downside of this pan is the way the pan is nonstick-which means chemicals. If you’re wanting a pan that is free from the nonstick materials, I would go with stainless steel.

This is my third 5qt pan. I cook so much with this pot. It is my go to. It's big for stir fries and cleans nicely. The only reason I have to replace it is because hubby overheats the pot or the kids like to cut their meat in the pan and scratch it. Doesn't feel heavy like others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pan feels well made and thick of durable material, the bottom of the pan helps distribute heat properly and cook food quicker then traditional pans. Size is perfect for everyday cooking. No need to add oil to the pan as food will not stick just make sure to use a plastic or silicone spatula or spoon to avoid scratching the non stick surface

I made both fried eggs and rice-a-roni in it so far and neither food stuck so the non stick is good. Pan is easy to clean. They pan bottom seems to heat and cook evenly.
