I've burnt food in it and it doesn't stick! Even heating as well. Easy clean up too. You won't be sorry you invested in this pan.

The heat distribution is very good. I made eggs and had no sticking. It is easy to clean and don’t have to worry about scratching. High quality pan, highly recommend.

But, overall, it is a joy to cook with. Cleaning could not be easier and my eggs are perfect every time. The pan is hefty for its size and feels like quality. I would definitely like to get the larger sizes.

I love how it’s also dishwasher safe as we have very fast paced lives. And the heat distribution is lovely! With that being said I used a metal utensil on it and so far it hasn't scratched BUT I don't agree that it is a better alternative than other nonstick pans when it comes to sticking to the pan. I been like you need to oil the pan more. Also the pan WILL become discolored on the interior if you heat it too high and/or if it is OR if you pre heat it to long. Overall it's a good pan but priced higher than others that are non stick and I would rather go for the latter.

It’s easy to clean and the food doesn’t get stick so I just give quick wash to make my eggs. I love how deep it is, it makes it easier for me to make little stew for myself. Haven’t had any issue of food sticking on the pan. Overall a great pan.

It’s a little more non stick with less effort than a regular stainless steel pan- but not an enormous difference, just less prep necessary.

I love that hexagon like pattern on the inside which is what helps it to heat and cook things perfectly even (I have an induction cook top). The surface of the pan cannot be scratched and it cleans super easily with barely any scrubbing. The handle can get a bit hot but that is not unusual for a fully stainless pan. If I needed a whole new set, I would certainly purchase this one!
