[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this pan almost every day since I received it through Influenster. I love it. Good cookware is an investment and this is something that I'll enjoy using for many years. I love that it sustains high temperatures so I can move it to the oven. It's roomy but not so big that it is clumsy and hard to handle. It cleans up easily and I have not had an issues with foods sticking to the pan. I would recommend this to any serious cook or even a novice cook who wants to start a good collection of excellent cookware.

I am still learning how to get the temps down to allow the perfect cooking experience but so far the pan has worked well. If you get the temp right it works wonders on cooking. I have mastered eggs and plan to practice more.

It can works with an electric or convection stove which offers versatility and seems very durable. Cleaning is fairly straightforward as we hand wash all of our pots and pans. I love it!

The pan heats and cooks very evenly. Did I mention that it is dishwasher safe?! Literally does not get any better than high quality cookware that has easy clean up!

It heated up well and evenly. The handle was comfortable to hold. And I love the look of it. Definitely recommend.

Now that it has been reintroduced i am more than excited to try this new edition out! I’m a huge home cook so my pots and pans are very important. So far the weight and heat distribution is great and it very easy to clean!
