Works great like very much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this to review from Influenster and gave it a month to test it out and it’s really easy to install, very small and compact for my apartment. Compared to my old AC this one is slightly less noisy but at a reasonable level. I have two bedroom and it has a strong airflow to go around and cool my whole apartment. I love the eco button to help with the energy Efficiency and overall I’d highly recommend this AC unit for small apartments

Louder than we thought it would be

I believe the majority of the reviews online were paid for. This unit DOES cool well (in the week that I've had it), it has kept my room under 70 degrees (set at 66) when the temp outside hit 100 degrees. I do like how well it cools, but it it LOUD. Unit cycles on and off with a loud clunk and then makes the sputtering sound like the end of a Keurig brew cycle. If I leave it on the regular settings, it wakes me up throuhghout the night, but keeping it in "sleep" mode doesn't keep it as cool and it gets more humid. I checked the noise level with a decible meter and on the low end it was 60dB and would spike to 75dB at different parts of the cycling. I'll be returning this AC, I have to be able to sleep!

Doesnt even work. Tried to return it and they said no due to not having the card with me that I bought it with.

I’ve had this for three weeks. The reviews convinced me! But now I’m not so sure. At the very beginning it cooled a room super fast. Even at 65-70 it felt freezing. But now at 61 it’s just cool. It’s suppose to cover up to 350 sq feet but doesn’t. My apartment is under 350 and it barely cools the whole place. You feel it somewhat but not much.

All the reviews must be fake because this item didn’t work at all. It constantly turned on and off even though I had the settings set correctly. Installed it Thursday and returned it Friday. Waste of time.

I like it! Check the reviews before buying and I wasn’t disappointed!

It was super simple to install and maybe the best part of it is the controllability away from home. Overall I would recommend this product for anyone looking to cool a room down!

I am so glad I was able to try this because I needed a good air conditioner for a while now, and this one fits the picture. This air conditioner works really well. It comes with a remote control so you can control it from anywhere in the room which is real convenient. You can either use this just the regular way or using the sleep mode, the eco mode or the 24-hour timer. This TCL Window Air Conditioner really cooled off my downstairs in no time at all. I don't have any complaints when it comes to this air conditioner, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a new air conditioner and who wants to cool a room down in no time.

It isn't extremely heavy and bulky, which made it easier to install in my window. It comes with a nice remote control. For even more convenience, I hooked it up to my Amazon Alexa. I'm extremely happy with this product. It cools almost my entire downstairs, and rather quickly, too! (With the help of our ceiling fans to help distribute the cool air.) It's also pretty quiet. I would absolutely recommend this air conditioner to anyone who is looking for a smart cooling unit.

It provides an incredible amount of cool in a very short time. Powerful fan. A little noisy but not uncomfortably so. Really pleased with it. I also like how it was packaged because it makes life easier to uninstall / package up and store every winter.

Upon turning it on, I expected the noise level of this unit to be on the louder side, considering it's size (10,000 BTU) but it's no louder then the smaller units on the market! This unit also comes with a remote, and the wifi accessibility is also an amazing bonus, which makes the unit capable of being linked to Google Home, Alexa, Echo, and such. The instructions to do so are very easy to follow, and it is great to have options on how you can control the unit. Having the unit connected through wifi you can operate the unit with your phone no matter where you are! How great is that!!! You can turn the unit off and on even if your away from home! Comes in extremely handy in the busy lives we all have! I'm sure we have all left home for the day or to run errands and forgot to turn our A/C's on. No need to worry about that now! Just use the TCL app or which ever app you chose to use to link your unit and TADA! JUST LIKE THAT, YOUR HOUSE WILL STAY COOL AND BE COOL WHEN YOU ARRIVE HOME!! This unit definitely gets 5 stars and endless thumbs-up 👍 !

Unlike a lot of ACs I have had in this past, this TCL model has a nice compact construction with a near flush face that doesnt extend too far past the window mounts. It operates relatively quiet and cools my kitchen like nothing I have used before. Highly recommend grabbing one of these if you can!
