Q: what is the diameter of the rings on the valance and bamboo panels. Will they glide and fit easily over a 1 inch diameter rod?

Q: My shower width is just shy of 24 in. Its about 23 3/4. Is this exactly 24 or could it fit little smaller?

Q: I bought this rod and the two pieces just separated. I can put them together and twist but they don't seem to lock. do I need a new rod or can I just put it into the shower and twist?

Q: what is a tension rod? does that mean it will hook on the inside of the window from side to side without using screws? kinda like a shower tod?
