The Doux One-Pass Press Heat Protectant Hair Spray - 4 fl oz

I can’t tell if this product actually works as a heat protectant because the smell is so overpowering and unpleasant that it’s hard to focus on anything else. Even using a tiny amount, the scent lingers in your hair and transfers to your pillowcases and wraps, making it impossible to escape. I had to wash my hair sooner than usual just to get rid of the odor. Unfortunately, this isn’t for me, and I won’t be repurchasing.

I was worried about heat damage and right after I used this product and washed my hair it was like I never pressed it out to begin with do it did indeed protect my hair from the heat! Def will try it again!

As someone that uses heat on my hair fairly regularly, a heat protectant is essential and this one is lightweight, non-sticky, and effective. I sprayed a generous amount on each section of my hair before flat ironing and had soft, silk strands upon completion of my silk press. I will continue to use and re-purchase this heat protectant.

To make a long story short, I love these products and they work great. They smell amazing usually when I press my hair it has a burnt smell. Not with this. It definitely helped smooth all all of our hair and make flat ironing a breeze

I was only able to try this once and I did like the results but I won’t be able to know for sure until I can try it a few more times.

I used this after applying the “just glaze” and overall I have no complaints, however I like to limit the amount of product I use so I would only use one or the other.
