Got these for my husband to try. He liked them overall, but they caused a bad rash/mark on his arm where he was putting them. Almost looks like tiny micro cuts. So if you have sensitive skin, be careful and maybe move it to a different spot when you change them out.

Love the clarity patch. I am a big fan of lions mane an cordyceps. This is so easy to use. I hate make my stupid shakes that don't taste good and make me gain weight this is the best. Just put a patch on and done. I feel this patch more than supplements too. Put it in at work. Keeps me focused
