I got the Thorne Quercetin Phytosome mostly because it helps "support a normal inflammatory response, particularly in the respiratory tract". As someone that has mild asthma as well as allergies this sounded great! I haven't noticed anything yet, but, from my experience with supplements, it can take a couple of months before the effects are felt. The reason I only rated four stars is the recommendation to take one capsule two or three times a day. That requires a lot of discipline. I would prefer to be able to take it all at once.

Haven't noticed a difference yet. Been using these for a couple weeks now and haven't seen any changes yet. I suffer from very severe allergies, and this is currently my worst time of year. Will continue trying them to see if there's an improvement as the season changes! Have seen lots of good reviews from allergy sufferers, so staying hopeful!

Thorne supplements and vitamins are top of the line. Excellent ingredients, no fillers. This particular one reduces allergies greatly! I can’t recommend this Thorne Quercetin Phytosome enough! You’ll feel more like yourself after trying this-especially if you have severe allergies.

The bottle says to take 2 to 3 times a day and one bottle has 60 capsules. So, one bottle lasts up to a month if you take more than one a day. I wish it were just one dose a day. I tend to forget if I need to take something more than once a day. Also, I didn't really see any obvious results. I still had itchy eyes and a stuffy nose, my most common allergy symptoms. I wish I could say I appreciate this product, but I don't really did anything for me.

This product has really helped reduce my inflammation and alleviated my allergies. It is easy to take and easy to use. The packaging is clearly labeled and the product comes in a good quantity. I plan on taking this year round.

Easily to shallow pill. I use quercetin as a part of my daily vitamin regimen. The Thorne brand has a good reputation for their supplements. I will continue to purchase this brand for my day quercetin supplement.

I highly recommend these capsules for those that suffer from seasonal allergies. After using these for a few weeks, I have noticed a big difference in my breathing. I am much less congested, and the quality of my sleep is much better. I find these to be a much more appealing alternative to the traditional allergy meds like Claritin and Allegra because they don't dry out my mouth, eyes, and skin. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more natural alternative to help with seasonal allergies.

Thorne is a reputable, high quality brand. I've tried several brands of quercetin and this is in my top two. It does help with seasonal allergies, I haven't experienced any side effects. The capsule it self is small, however you have to take 2-3 a day.

I have taken other supplements from Thorne so I know this is a high quality brand. These capsules are easy to swallow. I haven't been taking this product for a long enough period of time to know whether it is working or not. I had previously been taking another brand of quercetin and I don't feel any different since I switched to this Thorne brand, so I guess that is a good thing.

Have not noticed a difference with these, so it is hard to tell if it is something to continue - would need longer time maybe to notice? I guess it isn't a negative, so that is a plus. Like the bottle design but think it should be smaller for the amount of capsules inside maybe.

I've been on quercetin for several years now but had previously been using a different, and more expensive brand recommended by my internal medicine doctor. I was interested in trying Thorne because it's a better value but also nervous it might not work as well. Happily, I haven't noticed any change or increase in inflammatory/mast cell symptoms. The capsules are tasteless and easy to swallow and high quality so I think I'll be sticking with this brand!

It's difficult to rate the effectiveness of supplements after a few days or even weeks. These are coated and easy to swallow, and do not upset my stomach when taken either alone or with a meal (per the instructions, they can be taken up to three times a day). The packaging comes sealed, not child-proof, and the tablets are average-sized and slightly greenish in color.

A long time sufferer from inflammation from both food and environmental allergies, this is a must in my health toolkit for feeling better! Quercetin is a great all natural anti-inflammatory (naturally occurring in fruits, vegetables, seeds, etc), and has improved my overall health (sinus / asthma / skin rashes). As a plus, it also has lots of other benefits for your body! Love the quality of Thorne as a trusted brand as well.
