A: Hello, you will need to open the back of the controller to charge. This cover keeps the port clean but it is a simple process with a screwdriver.

A: unscrew the compartment on the bottom of the truck. unplug the battery. plug the battery into the supplied black usb cable. plug the usb into a usb charger stem, then into the wall outlet.

Didn’t work out of the box. Front loader would lift up and dump bin wouldn’t lower. Fully charged it, new fresh batteries in the remote, etc. Remote high and low button also stuck right out of the box.

The remote is battery operated, and the truck itself is charged through a USB cord. It holds up to the "Tonka tough" we've all come to expect from the brand, it goes pretty dang fast, and the thing turns on a dime! 4 year old son loves it!

This dump truck has several features that include motorized hauling and dumping with the touch of a quick button on the remote control, front plowing, and the ability to do stunts. The large foam wheels make doing stunts easier and I don’t have to worry about the tire popping. The truck is made with excellent quality steel and it is extremely durable. This is a great toy for kids and adults. I don’t know who plays with it more, my son or myself. The truck comes with a rechargeable battery and it lasts for hours in between charges. I highly recommend this product as it will not disappoint.

This dump truck was a toy we wanted to try because it looks so awesome and the thought of a motorized bed was really appealing!! I want to start by saying that the truck is well made. The steel feels of quality and everything feels durable and well made. I really think they did a great job on the design as well. It definitely looks like it could be out on the job site, getting work done!! The remote controller is super easy to use and is just the right size for little hands. The travel distance is nice too!! We are able to drive the truck up our driveway and not lose connection. The kids love that!!! My favorite feature is the motorized bed. We loaded the bed up with gravel and dirt and dumped it in a pile, over and over again. It really felt like we were on our own little construction site!! Overall, it is a fun and awesome dump truck!! The size is great, the design is life-like, it maneuvers as it should, and it seems to be made to last!!

This keeps my son entertained for hours. The truck is nice and high quality. The remote is easy to use and this truck actually has alot more movements then most rc cars.

This is hands down the BEST remote control toy for a youngin’. The controls are super easy. It turns so very easy. And it’s great to chase the kids and and Animals around! 10/10 would recommend!!! my kiddo is 3!

I like that it can be recharged with a USB port but, it's not included. The controller requires two triple A batteries which is also not included but, at least it says that part on the box. The positives outweigh the charging cord stuff. It stays charged for a while so my boys get plenty of play time with it. It's definitely worth it. My boys love it!

It’s alot faster then you would think for the size of it. It is multi functioned which is awesome. I think that I have enjoyed it as much as he has. It’s nice and rugged for even the hardest kid on toys.

My husband and older son enjoy using the remote and driving it all around while the younger kiddos enjoy pushing it. The fact that it has the cool ride of a monster truck as well as the fun functions (dump and plow) of a construction vehicle make it a big win in this house. And of course the high quality Tonka provides can’t be beat.

The remote control is nice to hold and the truck is easy to move around. You just need a lot of space to play with it :)

So basically don't buy it for the kids buy it for your big kid lol. This truck is sooo cool love how fast it spins I don't think I've ever seen this kind of rc truck do that usually the heavy equipment ones are slow. There is now even a tictok of it filling my dogs bowl. Hubby is very entertained with it. The kids love it too but not as much as he does.
