Was so excited to try this. By the end of the day it ended up on my face and under my nails. I did not touch it while it was wet but it was as if it had never dried. Did not get it wet but even if I did it definitely would not be water or sweat resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Toppik Fill Me in Dark Brown filler was easy to use but it does tend to stain items it comes in contact with. I have locs and some of my edges are a little thinner so this worked to help fill in those spots on my temples. The products appears darker once applied so it it important to use the blender tip and blend it in. You also have to make sure to not apply to much or it will clump up. Overall, it’s a decent product which works if you need a quick fix.

And there’s also a separate sponge attached on the outside you can use for blending in the color. Just like the product says, makes hair your hair look thick and it is long lasting. Not quite sweat proof or transfer resistant but stays on.

This fills in and blends my edges so well. Stays put for most of the day and I like that a little goes a long way. It's like a smokey eye for your edges. Also works on covering little grays.

Upon initial application I applied too much and it looked muddy but then I went in a second time on a different day and went with a MUCH lighter hand and it was more natural looking after I did that. My only complaint is that it fades too quickly. It’s good for a 3-4 event but if you need it for all day, this is not the one.

I used it for the corners of my forehead where my hairline has receded. The dark brown was a very good color match for my hair. Application was okay, it took a few days to really understand the product. So much product would be on the wand that once I applied with the foam end piece then used the wand there would be too much product and it would start to get on my hands and rest of my face. I started to apply with just the wand instead and it was better. This product was removable like my makeup, either using a Makeup Eraser or double cleansing with micellar water. I would hesitate to use light colored towels for removal as it seems to have stained my Makeup Erasers. Overall, I likely won’t repurchase as this isn’t a major concern of mine and the hassle outweighed the benefit. But for those who are looking for additional coverage I think it’s worth trying.
