This was a gift for my gran- daughters. It was tons of fun even for the youngest who didn’t understand the focus of the game. Lots of laughing took place.

I dislike that anyone can press the internal button on their turn, easily and sneakily resetting the game. I also dislike that this has batteries. I will return this and play hot potato with a plushy we already own and any free audio version or a manual game of pause/play with cute kids songs.

Easy to use, great fun for kids. However, the battery pack can have a loose battery connection which causes the song to reset during play if the potato is jostled hard enough, which puts it in 'demo' play until the song stops. Overall great except for that issue, but since it interrupts natural play experience I'll provide 3 stars.

My daughter loved this so much! The random music makes it so you’ll never know who is going to win. She loves the excitement of it!

Our almost 3 year old son thinks this is the funniest thing ever! I like to randomly surprise him with it and as soon as he hears the song start playing the giggles are never ending. Definitely a hit especially if you like to be extra silly!

This is such a nice well made hot potato game. There is music that is played and after however many seconds a buzzer sound goes off. My 3 and 5 year old really enjoy playing with this. The potato is well made, soft and super cute. There is a switch to turn it off and on. There is no volume control but the volume is a good decibel not complaints from me. Overall very good purchase, I'm really enjoying this brand.

Sooo cute! Fun for my kids ages 4-14

Not exactly what I was expecting, it is just a stuffed toy, that is shaped somewhat like a potato. The kids took it out and played with it on the trampoline. They had fun with it, so that is good. Good quality.

This game is fun for all ages. My toddler loves this game as well as the fourth and fifth graders I teach during the school year. It is great to build community and for little ones to learn multiple skills such as catching and throwing.

My kids just absolutely love this! They couldn’t stop laughing and screaming while throwing at each other. The potato is very soft and when squeezed, plays music to engage a game of hot potato. Last one to have the potato when the music stops, is out. I also like that the little sound box inside the potato isn’t huge and bulky so no one will hurt themself when it’s being tossed

We bought this for Christmas for our kids amongst a ridiculous amount of other toys. This was the favorite for everyone! It’s now July & my kids still play this several times a week. For reference: I have a 5 year old, 3 year old, & 1 year old… even the 1 year old tries to play. It’s also nice that it’s such a simple game my kids can play together without any help.

The music truly stops at random as well.

This game is great, especially for parties. If you get caught holding the potato you’re out! The instructions are so simple. It just took me a minute to find there was a tag in the battery I needed to pull out before use. The potato is so cute and comfy to throw. It has a fun song that play and a buzzer that sounds. If you’re holding the potato when the buzzer goes off you’re out! The only thing I don’t like is there’s only one song to play and it does get old. Overall this is a super fun toy.

This is a super cute way to play hot potato. The kids loved it! I like that it can be played with or without sound by the press of a button. The potato is the size of a small stuffed animal, so little hands can still get a good grip.

This game is classic! Easy to play for any age and always FUN! The music is cute and catchy. It's easy to open the back to turn the potato on or off. There is a velcro opening. The battery is included so this game is ready to play out of the box just by turning it on. Then you squeeze it to start the game! My daughter loves the cute face on the potato. It really is adorable. The potato is soft and it's large enough for easily catching it. Overall, this could be a great gift for any kid. And I recommend it for any age, from toddlers to adults! We have fun playing this as a family.

Fun game for all , even adults. Safe toy for kids : the battery compartment is small and secured inside with double closure. Great design: easy for kids to hold and start the music. I wish the game would come with a few songs instead of one .

Even my older kids were enjoying tossing the potato around! It’s a large size for little hands and the song is playful. The game starts when you squeeze the potato so younger kids might need some help figuring out that part.
