Q: is this a leave-in conditioner and can be used on dry hair

A: Take it from a curly girl: ANY conditioner can be a "leave in" conditioner if you want it to be. Many girls with curls do just that; rinse some of the conditioner out but leave a good amount in. I have strawberry blond hair and conditioner left in my hair tends to darken my color so I don't use rinse-out conditioner for leave in but others do and it makes their curls look spectacular.

You are supposed to rinse the product our your hair thoroughly after about 2-3 minutes. This product delivers optimized hydration that targets dryness, locking in moisture where your hair needs it most with Vitamin E helping restore vibrancy and makes dry, damaged hair soft without weighing it down. For daily use for my particular hair this conditioner was a bit to heavy and left my hair greasy feeling after daily use. Does have a nice light scent that isn’t overpowering. I only use this once a week for a weekly moisturizing conditioner

Used this product for years. it works great. The old design was a white bottle with a cap. New design black bottle wiht a pump. Same product more money. The pump takes much longer to get out the needed product vs a pump. Plus its more money then it used to be. I mean what isn't but this is not an improvement.

For the price of this is reasonable, especially the packaging with the pump. The sense of it it always remind me of flowers. The texture is smooth into your hair. Also I’ve been using in ever since I was a kid.

This conditioner smells amazing it is thick and makes hair very smooth and detangles hair. It only takes a small amount so it really lasts a long time. If you have naturally oily hair I would not recommend this. If you have normal to dry definitely.
