The STM-500 Heavy Duty Steam Mop is the latest in steamer technology from True & Tidy. It's a powerful 1500-watt heavy duty steam mop and an all-natural way to clean your sealed hard floors. The adjustable steam settings give multiple levels of steam power for use on various sealed floor types. It features a built-in water filter which helps maintain clean and residue free floors. Q: Are the mop pads reusable??

A: The mop pads are reusable. I wash them in my washer on a delicate cycle. Additional pads are available, however, they do not wear out until the steam mop stops working! (2-4 years)

I am a senior and this steam mop is perfect. It is so easy to use and so light weight. Filing the detachable water supply is also so easy to use. I highly recommend this product I truly love it.

I was super excited to receive this steam mop as a Christmas gift! I have not had the chance to use it yet but I will be today and I would like to give an update once I do! I think I am going to really like that it has a triangular shaped head to easily get into corners!!!

I received this as a Christmas gift after wanting one for a while... I had a Shark Steam Mop Years Ago and Loved It. I like how this one has a triangular design to get into corners easily and it heats up super quickly & is easy to use. I feel good about limiting the chemicals I'm using in my home, while still hopefully eliminating germs in hopes of keeping my family safe & healthy.

we purchased this wonderful steam mop earlier this year and use it every week to steam all of our floors. It takes about 2 hours but when we have completed this task the floors are clean and disinfected. We used to use a mop and vinegar which did a good job but not as good as steam. Thank you True and Tidy for inventing such a great steam mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works on a variety of surfaces. We use it on the tile floors and our wood floors. We’ve even used it at a neighbors on laminate flooring. It’s safe and easy to use. I am not 100% it’s worth the cost as ours has already broke and pours water out everywhere. The company seems to be pretty good with customer satisfaction and service, so I plan to contact them to see how we can fix it. We loved it while it worked and it does a good job sanitizing our floors. I still recommend

I owned this mop for less than six months before it kicked the bucket. I had to replace where the water goes a couple months in, as that broke and it was pretty easy and inexpensive to replace with that same brand. But now when I plug in the mop, it turns on and I can feel it warm up, but the steam / water never comes out of the bottom. It worked decently before this. For the price, I would have bought another brand and had something that would last longer.

I love this mop! I can steam clean all kinds of flooring. I have a rug, hardwood and tile and there are features to clean all. I can add my own essential oils and my home smells great while sanitizing my floors. It’s also environmentally friendly because the pads can be cleaned and reused.
